Feb 17, 2024 · efren garciaWe've been here for about a month now, they do a background check of owner of home & Tenants, reassuring decent people are moving in. They do not allow Big Dogs, for whatever reason I am not sure. If renting a manufactured home from them directly, they do not allow smokers. I'm assuming they are only excepting newer models in their Park since they asked what years ours was, which is a 2019, after that getting in was a piece of cake & we have a Small Dog. We checked out mobile home parks pior to finally choosing Windmill, it is small, nice kept, & a quiet place to live with way decent lot rent prices compared to many others we looked at which charged double & were very trashy, poorly kept, (my personal opinion.) We plan on finding land in the near future but as for now this place is a pretty nice place to call home. The Landlords are very nice, understanding people as well, but they do stand by their standards & expectations of who they want to live in their mobile home park, which is a good thing. They take pride in their property & that's more to be said about their character.

We purchased a brand new home and wanted to put it here, but we were turned down simply because we have a senior black lab who is like our child. There was absolutely no reasoning with them. I've heard of certain breeds being banned but my husband was told it was based on the length of the dog!! I'd give zero stars, but my experience on the phone with the gentleman wasn't as bad as when my husband called and spoke to the woman.I hope local sales lots, and anyone else who recommends lots, remove this park from their lists because of this!!
