Yearling RV Park Introduce
Looking for "RV parks near me" in the Red Rock, Oklahoma area? Yearling RV Park, located at 23510 Yearling Rd, Red Rock, OK 74651, USA, presents itself as a potentially suitable option, particularly for those seeking an extended stay or those working in the region. With contact numbers (925) 518-4328 and +1 925-518-4328, Yearling RV Park offers a unique set of features and has garnered varied feedback from its residents.
According to one long-term resident who stayed for over six months and referred others, Yearling RV Park is a place they "really like" and would "really recommend." This positive review highlights several appealing aspects. The lot rent is described as "better than other locations around the area," suggesting a competitive pricing advantage for budget-conscious travelers or long-term residents. Additionally, the cost of electricity is noted as being "cheap," which can be a significant factor for those staying for extended periods and relying on electrical appliances within their RVs. This resident also points out that the RV park "really caters to workers that are on the road," indicating that the park is likely accustomed to and accommodating of the needs of individuals whose work requires them to travel and live in RVs.
A distinctive feature mentioned in the reviews is the presence of a live-on-site "camp mom." This individual is praised for "great communication" and for being understanding regarding rent payments when residents need to be out of town, provided they communicate in advance. This suggests a level of flexibility and personal attention that can be particularly valuable for those with unpredictable work schedules. Furthermore, this "camp mom" is reported to be considerate regarding any necessary actions around a resident's RV, always seeking permission or providing notification, as illustrated by the example of changing a heat lamp bulb. This proactive and respectful approach to resident space can contribute to a more comfortable and trusting environment.
Another significant benefit highlighted in the positive reviews is the regular presence of law enforcement. The mention of police driving by "a couple of times a day" is described as "very nice" and "not typical of RV places I have stayed in," providing "added additional peace of mind" for residents. This enhanced security measure can be a crucial factor for individuals seeking a safe and secure living environment, especially in less densely populated areas.
Safety is further emphasized by the availability of "several tornado shelters on site." Given Oklahoma's geographical location within "tornado alley," the presence of accessible shelters is a significant safety feature that demonstrates a commitment to the well-being of residents during severe weather events. This is a noteworthy amenity that may not be standard in all RV parks and can provide considerable reassurance to those staying at Yearling RV Park.
However, it is essential to present a balanced perspective, as one review offers a considerably less favorable opinion of Yearling RV Park. This reviewer states that the "only thing good about this place is the price to stay and the open land." Beyond these aspects, they express strong reservations, stating, "I wouldn’t really recommend the place." The primary concern raised is related to a perceived lack of privacy and alleged misconduct by the management. The reviewer claims that "the management won’t give you privacy" and recounts a disturbing incident involving the landlord allegedly entering their camper without permission while they were away, purportedly to "snoop around" their belongings, which they claim was captured on their ring camera. This is a serious accusation that, if true, would significantly impact a resident's sense of security and personal space.
Adding to these serious allegations, the negative review also mentions that "the native police know her for those kinda reasons," further suggesting a pattern of problematic behavior. The reviewer also recounts highly inappropriate and offensive personal comments allegedly made by the landlord to them and their wife regarding their child. Such behavior is unacceptable and would undoubtedly create a hostile and unwelcoming living environment.
Considering these contrasting reviews, potential local users searching for "RV parks near me" should approach Yearling RV Park with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The positive aspects highlighted by one reviewer, such as affordable rates, cheap electricity, the helpfulness of the "camp mom" in certain situations, regular police presence, and the availability of tornado shelters, are undeniably attractive. These features suggest a park that can be budget-friendly and safety-conscious, particularly appealing to workers seeking a longer-term stay.
However, the serious allegations raised in the negative review regarding privacy violations, unauthorized entry into a resident's RV, and unprofessional and offensive personal conduct by the management cannot be ignored. These claims paint a concerning picture of the living environment and raise significant questions about the management's respect for residents' rights and personal boundaries.

Yearling RV Park Reviews
Really like this RV Park. I stayed for over 6 months and referred several other people ther that also liked it. Would really recommend this place. Lot rent is better than other locations around the area, and the electric is cheap. The RV camp really caters to workers that are on the road. They have a live on site "camp mom" that has always had great communication with me. Rent was never a problem if you are going to be out of town when it is due of you let her know in advance. When there was a weather issue or needed to do something around your RV she wound always ask for permission or let you know (like change a heat light bulb where you connect you hose. The police drive by a couple of times a day which is very nice. Something that is not typical of RV places I have stayed in. Added additional peace of mind. Also worth noting is they have several tornado shelters on site for safety.
Feb 02, 2025 · T WOnly thing good about this place is the price to stay and the open land. Other than that I wouldn’t really recommend the place. The management won’t give you privacy. There was no peace the landlord went in our camper when we were gone to snoop around was snooping through our stuff and it was all on our ring camera. Didn’t feel like it was a good place to be. The native police know her for those kinda reasons. She told me and my wife our son was a mistake and how we don’t deserve him. I wouldn’t recommend going to this campsight
Feb 05, 2025 · Walt Pidwerbeckimanagement was awful, no privacy from the campground owner. ALWAYS DRAMA. campground needs new management. we couldn’t be outside around the fire pit without management coming and saying we are “gossiping”. apparently you can get kicked out from gossiping lol. all of our neighbors had issues. beware of karen
Jan 26, 2025 · Kyndall AndersonWe have traveled with my husbands work all over the US and stayed at many RV parks, this is by far one of the best. I can’t believe anyone would even complain about this park. It’s very clean, well kept, and peaceful, the owners and Roni, the manager, are all super sweet and easy to deal with. The laundry is very well kept and the rent is extremely affordable. The road is dirt from the highway to the park, and although it’s dusty, it’s maintained well. As far as the rules go, all RV parks have rules, if they didn’t then they would end up like several of the RV parks around that area. Thank you all so much for the pleasant stay!!!
Dec 01, 2017 · Lisa BeanThe staff are very pleasant to deal with and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The facilities are clean and orderly, the grounds are well kept and the outdoor pavilion and play ground for the children are safe. I'd recommend this RV park over any other in the area.
