The fact that the "pool is open again" is highlighted as a positive aspect, suggesting that residents have access to recreational facilities within the park. Youngstown Mobile Home Park Reviews
I’m one of the newer residents and have been very pleased with the park thus far. I do hope there are plans in the coming months to replace the insulation on the water pipes just outside the cyclone fence on Corona Road. Also, I’d love it if we could establish a food bank box program for the residents that need that support. (I recall one resident was not able to participate in that when local food delivery ceased in our area). More events that allow us to meet neighbors would be most appreciated as well. So glad the pool is open again. Keep up the good work!
May 26, 2022 · Marie CuneoI ivisited Youngstown to tour an a home that was available for rent. The 55 and up community appears tidy and well maintained, the residents seem encouraged to decorate to express themselves freely (cute decorations all over!) and Debbie (Debby?) from the office was very pleasant and also professional. She answered our questions and is extremely knowleagable about manufactured homes - she's impressively handy!Wear your mask, the staff will provide you with hand sanitizer upon entry. Good habits!
Jun 25, 2021 · Sanity TwoLove this place I care providing for an 104 year lady right in the front trailers there for almost 3 yrs. She passed away this last year but friendly quiet area nice neighbors swimming pool club house erc for seniors only though.
Feb 06, 2020 · shelly fordNew owners trying to squeeze out low income senior residents with 40% space rent increase! Also installed the most OBNOXIOUS speed bumps, no matter how slow you go, your car's suspension suffers. Seriously, like driving over a curb... 😫
Feb 05, 2022 · John WJust checking it out so I have no idea about much, but it seemed quiet and well tended. I read reviews about how strict mobile home parks are. That is not a problem for me so if that's you, I have no idea.
