Appalachian Springs Outdoor Resort Reviews
We had a great stay! Admittedly, it was fairly quiet here in April. The facilities were new and clean. Bathrooms, laundry and showers were very well maintained and fantastic. RV sites are very open to each other but we were alone in our area so it was quiet. Gravel sites and roads were pretty level. Water, sewer and electric at each site. People in the office were friendly and helpful. I would go again. Located right off the main drag in Pigeon Forge where there is lots to do, but we were there for the Smokies. Easy access to the National Park through Gatlinburg. Great location for an RV park.
Apr 16, 2025 · Pat Fanning-FrenchMy husband and I stayed here over spring break with our kids and 2 dogs. This is one of the nicest facilities we have ever stayed at. The baths are beautiful, super clean, and updated. They offer 24hr laundry which is a huge plus with kids. There's a craft room for the family, access to a pool, and plenty of space to walk your dog. It's truly a break in nature in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Everyone working here are nicest, most helpful, and accommodating people.
Apr 04, 2025 · Kelly FWhat a nice campground. Perfectly set back from the main parkway so you could relax away from the hustle of all the businesses downtown. The park is clean and sites are nice sized with patio, picnic table and fire pit. Everything was very clean and the creek that runs through is crystal clear and full of life.
Apr 13, 2025 · Jessie SkarupaFirst time staying at this resort. Management very friendly and helpful . New campground with a lot of potential. Driveway and trailer lots needed gravel but understandable considering the winter weather. Will visit again. Close to everything. Thanks for a great stay.
Feb 05, 2025 · Deborah DanielOverall great experience. Reasonably priced, super close and convenient to attractions but off the main road enough to be able to have a quiet escape when you’re ready to relax. Didn’t use the bathhouses but the office and upstairs rec rooms are very nice (our son enjoyed playing with some of the games and toys when the weather didn’t cooperate). Would definitely stay again.
