It is perfectly located if you want to ride the ATV trail system. Easy to find, big spots to park. The cabin is nice, comfortable, and clean. Hostess Jennifer is friendly and helpful. We were able to buy the permits on site for the West Virginia ATV trail system, plus merchandise that represents the local area. We had a great time! We highly recommend Backwoods Camping & RV Park
Jul 19, 2024 · Dorothy GriffinBackwoods is by far our favorite campground when riding HMT. We have stayed at several others around there and the lower trail systems. We usually try to make two trips to Backwoods throughout the year. Conveniently located close to the trails, food, and gas. Jennifer in the office is the absolute best. She is always so helpful whenever we are there.
