One reviewer specifically praised this feature, highlighting that the absence of thick gravel allowed for easy rolling around the campground. This inclusivity makes Bitterroot Lions Campground a welcoming option for individuals with mobility challenges, enabling them to navigate the area with greater ease and enjoy the beauty of Little Bitterroot Lake.
The natural beauty surrounding the campground is also a significant draw. Definitely a favorite spot of ours to visit in NW Montana.
Jun 25, 2024 · Colleen DartezLove that this campground was wheelchair accessible for me! I was only there for a night. So I didn't explore too much. The full moon was so beautiful coming up over the mountain and shining down on the lake. The best part is they don't use thick gravel and I could roll around pretty much everywhere. I'll definitely be coming back!
Jun 21, 2024 · Meemee FrostWe have lived in the Kalispell area for over ten years and have driven by this campground several times but wrongly assumed it was private to Lyons membership. Lake was gorgeous. Kids playground was a definite plus. As we had a 3 month old with us on his first camping trip it was a special visit.
