Blackberry Blossom Farm, Tent Campground, Suites Reviews
This place is the Shangri-La of campsites, I started camping when I was a boy scout, been all over the Appalachian mountains between Georgia and North Carolina, and I've never been at a site like this. I love camping even roughing it in straight wilderness. I camped here for a couple of nights and I can't wait to go back. The view is stunning, and the camp sites are just really nice, comfortable, and private. The bathrooms are amazing, better than most people's houses, complete with hot showers. No urinal cake and wet mildew smells, everything feels like the coziest cabin you've ever been in. They have a wash station outside for your dishes. They have a store open 24/7 that has just about everything you could need in it from emergency propane tanks to s'mores kits. Drinks, ice, ice cream, lanterns, and it doubles as a cool antique shop for of neat and beautiful pieces. They even have a small library. Books and games you can check out, and stuff for kids of all ages. The couple that runs the grounds are super nice and super chill. I never, NEVER give five stars to anything but they are above and beyond.
Sep 01, 2023 · Daniel RobinsonAbsolutely LOVED this campground. As soon as I got out of my car I felt the stress from the last couple weeks lift. The sites are so dang cute! I’ll be getting a new one each time I come to stay. I’m not sure how they pull it off but being out there made me feel like I was out in the middle of the woods away from civilization but still in a community. The little store was a life saver too! I’m so grateful I found this spot. They have a couple trails you can hike as well. Lots of different native medicinal plants and so many mushrooms.
Aug 22, 2023 · Stacie LeeThis was my first camping experience and the best I could imagine. Ed warmly greeted my fiancé and I when we arrived, and explained where everything was, what we could do, etc. The camp store is very cute and well stocked with things you might need/want during your trip. We bought some of their locally made jam (which was delicious!) and a little prepackaged S’more kit.The scenery is absolutely beautiful. We saw groundhogs right in front of our 1955 Aloja! camper, heard interesting bird sounds at different times of the day, and went hiking up their trail. The bathhouse was kept in pristine condition, so was the dishwashing area. Such a quaint area run by wonderful people, we would absolutely come again! Thank you Ed!

Wander the farm which hosts a permaculture food forest or wander the wooded acres of forested hiking trails.Campground sites are spaced far apart, each has a fire pit, picnic table and many have more than one tent site. Seasonally open for camping from April through October. Fishing pond, camp store and extremely clean bath house.Luxury Suites available on Airbnb year-round.
Oct 11, 2020 · Janice HoneycuttI have already stayed here two times. It's relatively close to places like Roan Mountain and Grandfather mountain. The bathroom has a hot water, paper towels, even soap, hair dryer, etc and it's very clean. There is fire wood available for 7$ too. The place is very nice and pretty to stay too. Also, it's cheaper than some state campgrounds in the smokies. This is one of the best campsites I've ever been to ngl.We came across this place looking in google maps because the other campsites were booked and I will keep going here because it is as good as it could get.
