Bodi Lake State Forest Campground Reviews
Small campground with spaced out private sites. Many are waterfront with access and a beautiful view. The lake was clean for swimming and fishing. The trash and toilets were maintained, but the hiking trail was not.
Aug 09, 2023 · Kaleigh Conly10 for 10 will stay here again! Lots of great camping in the area, but this place is one of the best. Very private sites, lots of trees, almost every single site has Bodi Lake access. Great host this summer! Has a public access boat ramp and the fishing was not bad, either! Clean vault toilets.
Jul 07, 2023 · Jodie McKelveyThis place is very remote and rustic, sitting next to a small beautiful lake. It's a stunning place. I loved waking up to the sound of the Loons and the slow lapping waves on the beach.
Aug 29, 2022 · Dee Ramos*ALERT* Google Maps was incorrect on driving access in to the campground from the South East. This route took me to a super tight 2 track trail that ran me into a small creek that went over that road I wasn’t able to pass. I ended up backtracking and coming in from the South West side instead. Not sure if this was just because it was winter or if this is what you have to do year round.Otherwise once I got to the campground it was great! Beautiful spots right on the lake amongst the trees. Very nice fire rings and picnic tables at each site as well as vault toilets and a water pump shared between several sites.
Dec 06, 2021 · Jeremy RJust did a drive-through, but it looked great. Site one could accommodate multiple tents and has great access to the lake. Many other sites looked good, too. Plenty of privacy, not right on top of each other.
