Two Hearted River State Forest Campground Reviews
Absolutely loved it. Tried to find it a few years ago. Was too late in the season for my car to make it there. Hubby drove me up to it this time. Lake Superior never disappoints me. It is a long way back to the camp grounds. Totally worth the drive.
Oct 24, 2024 · Lana Zesiger -KaufmannHave been coming here since I was a kid, it hasn’t lost its beauty or magic. I’m so glad I got to bring my whole family, they really enjoyed it and loved the scenery, and Gitchee Gumee. Definitely somewhere everyone should experience at least once in your life, when you do, you will long to return.
Aug 30, 2024 · Jared May#Absolutely one of our best places to visit in the UP . There are plenty of spacious sites to fit most smaller rigs, 30 feet or less comfortably. Whether you hike, bike, paddle, pick rocks, or just enjoy the beach... This is a great place!
Sep 23, 2024 · Rick PostOne of the best campgrounds I've been to. If you're into rockhounding this beach will keep you busy for hours. Great sunsets and amazing views of the night sky.
Aug 30, 2024 · Jared LachariteOne of the best campsites I’ve ever experienced. Direct access to the river and sunset views. Almost always a breeze to keep the bugs away. Private no campsite on one side. 15 miles of dirt roads to get there (with a teardrop camper). Vault toilets and water pump. No electric.
