We really enjoyed the couple of days we spent at Bottle Hollow RV Park. The area is well cared for. Great asphalt pads to park on at sites. There is electric and power with great views of the lake. There is a dump station close but secure. Please know that there is a separate $5 dollar fee for the dump station, that should be arranged at time of check in. Nightly rv camping rate for us was $25 dollars, and well worth it! Hope to stay here again.
Apr 30, 2023 · Charlotte “Torch” RohdeWe spent a few nights last July. Nice peaceful campground. The lake is nice, there’s a pavilion with picnic tables to eat at. Rv hook ups are good. Canadian geese hang out there. Not really any trees for shade. The Ute tribe supermarket is just down the road. The road around the lake is right north of Skinwalker Ranch.
Apr 24, 2024 · sergio perfettiNice, clean little spot outside of town on the north shore of Bottle Hollow lake. Provides 50/30/20 amp service and water. Dump station service on the way out, but requires park service to open the access gate. Plan for that. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to view the mess behind Skinwalker Ranch!
Oct 01, 2023 · B PattersonWe love this little campground. We have stayed here while visiting family in the winter basin for the past 3 years. It's right on the water. The camp host is so friendly and helpful. The parking pads are paved and level. There are water and electrical hookups and a picnic table at each space and a dump on the way out. There are two very nice ramadas available to use and a boat ramp.Unfortunately we were told that the campground is no longer open to anyone except members of the Ute tribe. We were the last non-tribal people staying there when the rules changed. That is so sad for us. My husband's great grandmother, Rose Daniels, was a revered member of the tribe. And my husband feels a real connection to his ancestors when we are there. We hope the tribe will reconsider this rule change and that by next summer when we come back to visit we will be able to stay there again.
