Buffalo Point Campground Reviews
Very beautiful place to camp. I'm looking forward to going back. The camp host was nice and helpful.

Mar 25, 2025 · NinjaV SilvasVery beautiful place for sure. We booked for a week but had to leave. Our site was so uneven we couldn't get our camper leveled. There's no cell service except at the restaurant that wasn't open. But a awesome picture moment. If we were 30 years younger and could walk the trails we would have stayed the week. This is definitely a place for younger people. But you want to escape from the world this is the place.
Sep 18, 2024 · CargilThe most beautiful river setting I've ever seen. Bluffs are awe-inspiring. River is a short walk from campground, can't view river from sites. No cell service, but 100% worth a stop. Don't miss kayaking down the river while you're there.
Oct 11, 2024 · Fritz GilbertWe stayed at Buffalo Point at camp c with our family of six including two teens, our 8 year old and our toddler. Everyone had such a wonderful time. The campsite is walkable to a very shallow part of the river where the kids can enjoy the water. It also was conveniently located and a 2 minute drive to the swim-able spot of the river. We tent camped and had enough room to put up two four person tents to accommodate our family. Each of the campsites around us had their own water and electrical hook up which was very helpful. The bathroom with flushable toilets were clean & showers were warm. The accessibility shower had a bench that made prepping my toddler for showers easy. Both of which were a short walk from our camp site. The only down side is that you have to bring in/purchase your own wood. We originally booked our trip over the labor day weekend with two night being at two different sites because that was all they had. We recieved a call from the park ranger the day before our departure saying they had a cancellation and can move our family to a site that wouldn't require us to move. We were truly grateful for the thought and consideration in the call. We were even more grateful that the rangers checked in on us after the first night to make sure everything was OK. Overall a wonderful campsite for families we definitely would recommend
