The presence of a "good community" suggests a friendly and welcoming atmosphere among campers.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide some insights. One camper mentioned a minor issue: "if you don’t have the right shoes the shore will hurt your feet." This suggests that the shoreline might be rocky or have uneven terrain, so bringing appropriate footwear is advisable for those planning to spend time by the water. Another reviewer noted that the "only thing keeping it from a 5 is the lack of full hookups." This indicates that while the park is enjoyable, it may not offer full hookups for RVs (i.e., water, electricity, and sewer at each site). However, this same reviewer also stated it's "a great place to spend the weekend or just spend a day," indicating that the lack of full hookups doesn't detract significantly from the overall experience, especially for shorter stays or tent campers.
Based on these reviews, key features of Campground C include its access to a river suitable for floating (especially with children), clear water, great scenic views, and a quiet and community-oriented atmosphere. While full RV hookups may not be available, the campground seems well-suited for weekend getaways and day trips for those who appreciate a natural setting with river access. To get a comprehensive list of all amenities, such as the types of campsites available, restroom facilities, water access, and any other services, it would be beneficial to search online for "Campground C Yellville AR" or contact local camping resources in the area.

Perfect place to spend the weekend. Only issue is if you don’t have the right shoes the shore will hurt your feet. Other than that, clear water, great views, good community.

May 17, 2022 · Wheeler GarageThe Buffalo River is a wonderful place. This is one of my favorite places to camp. The campgrounds are a wonderful place, but they need some updating. The water spigot is in the way if you have slide outs. The bathrooms are old and stinky. Full hookups would be great with some new camp sites to accommodate more people. Improvements to the walkway to the water are needed and reopen the one between the tent area and the c campground. The dump station needs maintenance it has broken stuff and is very tight for big rigs, no hose to flush out the black water tank. The cleaning guy spent 7 minutes on both mens and women's bathrooms with a trash bag and one bottle of cleaner still stinky. The camp lady will invade your privacy she will pretend to replace the reservation plaques every day so she can snoop around your campsite she will make your stay miserable!
Jul 23, 2024 · Garry NormanGreat for tent camping away from the noisy camper trailer fans and generators. On the Thursday I camped there, it was sparsely populated.
Oct 13, 2018 · Mark EvansFun for the entire family! Spectacular views, and swimming. Floated a portion of the Buffalo, had a blast!
