You can reach them at (386) 313-4020 or +1 386-313-4020 for inquiries and reservations.
Bull Creek Campground distinguishes itself with its stunning waterfront campsites. Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the water and enjoying picturesque views right from your tent or RV. For those who love spending time on the water, the campground features a convenient boat ramp, providing easy access for boating and fishing adventures. Whether you're an avid angler hoping to reel in the local catches or simply enjoy a leisurely boat ride, Bull Creek Campground caters to your aquatic interests.
Based on feedback from fellow campers, the campsites are well-maintained and offer a comfortable base for your outdoor explorations. The atmosphere is described as friendly and welcoming, fostering a sense of community among visitors. This makes Bull Creek Campground an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo adventurers seeking a peaceful retreat.
The environment surrounding Bull Creek Campground is characterized by its natural beauty and relative seclusion. As one reviewer noted, it's a place to truly "get away from it and all." This remoteness contributes to the campground's serene ambiance, allowing you to fully unwind and reconnect with nature. However, it's important to be aware that cell service and internet connectivity in the area can be spotty. This presents both an opportunity for a digital detox and a reminder to plan accordingly for communication needs.
Exciting developments are underway at Bull Creek Campground, promising an even enhanced experience for future visitors. According to recent feedback, the campground is in the process of rebuilding its restaurant. This upcoming amenity will undoubtedly add convenience and a social hub for campers, offering a place to grab a meal and connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts. The anticipation for the restaurant's reopening speaks volumes about the campground's commitment to improving guest satisfaction.
Furthermore, Bull Creek Campground is expanding its offerings with the acquisition of more land for primitive camping. This expansion caters to those seeking a more rustic and immersive outdoor experience. Primitive camping typically involves fewer amenities and a greater emphasis on self-sufficiency, attracting seasoned campers who enjoy a more direct connection with nature. The addition of these primitive sites will diversify the camping options available at Bull Creek, appealing to a broader range of outdoor preferences.
While the overall experience at Bull Creek Campground is highly positive, one aspect mentioned by a visitor is the presence of feral cats. While this is part of the natural environment in some outdoor areas, it's something to be aware of during your stay. It's advisable to secure food properly and avoid direct interaction with the animals.
Considering its location "near me" for local residents, Bull Creek Campground offers a fantastic opportunity for weekend getaways or longer camping trips without the need for extensive travel. The combination of waterfront access, the promise of a new restaurant, and the expansion of primitive camping options make it an increasingly attractive destination for those seeking a genuine outdoor experience in the Bunnell area. Remember to bring all necessary supplies due to its somewhat remote location, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
In summary, Bull Creek Campground provides a serene and welcoming environment for campers seeking a break from the everyday. Its waterfront campsites and boat ramp are significant draws for water enthusiasts. The ongoing developments, including the rebuilt restaurant and expanded primitive camping area, signal a commitment to enhancing the visitor experience. While the spotty cell service and the presence of feral cats are worth noting, the overall feedback highlights a great campground for those looking to reconnect with nature in a beautiful Florida setting. For your next "camping near me" adventure, consider the unique charm and developing amenities of Bull Creek Campground.

Bull Creek Campground Reviews
We love camping there!! We are excited to see they are rebuilding the restaurant 😀 and bought more land for primitive camping.
Apr 16, 2025 · Ida CacciolfiThis is a great campground for literally getting away from it and all. Cell service and Internet are spotty, but the sites are nice and everyone is very friendly. There is a boat ramp and all the sites are on the water. It's out in the middle of nowhere, so bring everything you need. The only thing we didn't care for were the number of feral cats around.
Mar 20, 2025 · Carla GilmourBull Creek Campground – Peaceful, Scenic, and Great for Fishing (9/10)Bull Creek Campground is a quiet, small, and nature-filled retreat—perfect for those who love peaceful surroundings with beautiful views of trees, water, and wildlife. The boat ramp is quite busy, but if you enjoy watching boats, it's a great spot to see them cruising down the water. It’s also an excellent place for fishing, with plenty of opportunities to reel in a good catch. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning, and the campground itself is very quiet and well-maintained. The public showers and restrooms are clean, and the level concrete pads with full hookups make for a comfortable stay. Despite being in a more remote area, cell signal is strong, which is a plus for staying connected. While the campground is a bit of a drive from restaurants and stores (about 30 minutes to Flagler Beach or Palm Springs), it’s well worth it for the peaceful atmosphere. Everything is self-serve, but it’s managed well, making it a great hidden gem for those looking to relax in nature.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway! Feb 14, 2025 · MARK RECINOSSupposed fish camp at one of Florida's best fishing lakes. The county has changed it to an RV resort. If you camp in a tent, even if you paid for the campsite, they will tell you to leave. If you take a shower there, wear a jacket, lol. Water is warm at best. Word is the money they make at the lake for camping, goes to the beaches instead of the actual campground.
