Riverside Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Orlando, Florida area and considering mobile home living, Riverside Mobile Home Park, located at 1681 Semon Dr, Orlando, FL 32828, USA, is a community that warrants consideration. You can reach them at (407) 207-2239 or their mobile number, +1 407-207-2239, for inquiries. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," this introduction will focus on Riverside as a mobile home park, drawing upon available online feedback to provide a balanced overview.
It is important to note that the available information regarding Riverside Mobile Home Park presents a mixed perspective, with some residents highlighting positive aspects while others express significant concerns. One reviewer explicitly directs readers to their "FULL review under 'Riverside mobile home park' via Google maps," suggesting a more detailed account of their experience is available elsewhere. This indicates that prospective residents should seek out and consider all available reviews to form a comprehensive understanding of the community.
Another reviewer offers a nuanced perspective, describing Riverside as a "decent neighborhood to start your mobile home journey." They acknowledge that it may not be comparable to communities like Deerwood or Alafaya Palms (noting the management differences), but point out several positive attributes. These include a relatively quiet atmosphere, a central location within Orlando, and a decent price point in the current economic climate. The reviewer also notes a sense of being in their "own little world," which could appeal to those seeking a degree of privacy and community within the larger city.
However, this same reviewer also mentions several potential drawbacks. These include "a little inconsistency, under and mis-communication," proximity to flood zone areas, and traffic. They ultimately suggest that prospective residents "come visit and see if you can call our slice of heaven home," indicating that while there are challenges, the community may still be a good fit for some individuals who can tolerate these aspects.
In contrast, another reviewer reports a "horrible experience living here." Their feedback raises significant concerns about the maintenance and management of the park. They state that "The neighborhood always looks a mess," citing issues such as grass that "rarely gets cut" and a consistently overflowing and messy dumpster. These observations suggest potential problems with the upkeep and cleanliness of the common areas within Riverside Mobile Home Park.
Furthermore, this reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the office staff, claiming that they "don’t answer calls or emails and never open the door at the office." Such difficulties in communication and accessibility to management can be a major source of frustration for residents needing assistance or information. The reviewer also points out the presence of "Pot holes everywhere," indicating potential neglect of road maintenance within the community.
Finally, this negative review mentions issues with utility service, stating that "When the water is disconnected you get a message hours later to advise." This lack of timely communication regarding essential services can significantly impact residents' daily lives and raises concerns about the overall management and operational efficiency of the park.
Based on these varying reviews, we can attempt to outline the environment, services, and features of Riverside Mobile Home Park, while acknowledging the inconsistencies in the feedback:
- **Environment:** The environment appears to be a point of contention. One reviewer describes it as "quiet-ish" and centrally located, suggesting some positive aspects. However, another reviewer paints a picture of a messy neighborhood with uncut grass and overflowing trash. The proximity to flood zone areas is also a significant environmental factor to consider. The presence of potholes indicates potential neglect in maintaining the roadways within the community.
- **Services:** Information about specific services is limited and contradictory. While one reviewer praises the central location and decent price, another reports significant issues with management communication (unanswered calls and emails, inaccessible office) and delayed notifications regarding utility disruptions. The inconsistent maintenance of common areas, as described by one reviewer, also reflects negatively on the services provided.
- **Features:** The central location within Orlando is a potential feature, offering convenient access to city amenities and attractions. The "quiet-ish" atmosphere, as mentioned by one reviewer, could be appealing to some. However, the negative reviews highlight a lack of responsiveness from management and poor maintenance of the grounds and infrastructure as significant drawbacks. The proximity to flood zones is a geographical feature that potential residents must be aware of and consider in their decision.
Given the starkly contrasting experiences reported by residents, providing definitive promotional information is challenging. However, objectively highlighting the central location and potentially more affordable price point (as suggested by one reviewer in the context of the current economy) could be considered. It is crucial to balance these potential positives with the significant concerns raised about management responsiveness and community maintenance.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" and considering mobile home living in Orlando, Riverside Mobile Home Park presents a complex picture. While it may offer a central location and potentially a more affordable entry point into homeownership, the negative reviews regarding management inaccessibility, poor maintenance, and communication issues should not be ignored. The proximity to flood zone areas is also a critical factor for prospective residents to investigate.
It is strongly recommended that anyone considering Riverside Mobile Home Park conduct thorough due diligence. This should include seeking out the "FULL review" mentioned by one resident, attempting to contact the management directly and assessing their responsiveness, and ideally visiting the community in person to observe the conditions of the grounds and infrastructure. Speaking with current residents, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience at Riverside. Given the conflicting reports, a firsthand assessment is crucial to determine if Riverside Mobile Home Park aligns with your individual needs and expectations for a residential community.

Riverside Reviews
See my FULL review under "Riverside mobile home park" via Google maps...Riverside is a decent neighborhood to start your mobile home journey, def no Deerwood (not owned by lakeshore management) or Alafaya Palms (OWNED by lakeshore management), but it's quiet-ish, centrally located, decent price in this economy, and we're kind of in our own little world. If you can handle a little inconsistency, under and mis-communication, proximity to flood zone areas, and traffic, come visit and see if you can call our slice of heaven home. 🏡
Sep 11, 2023 · VonnieHorrible experience living here. The neighborhood always looks a mess. Grass rarely gets cut and the dumpster always a mess with trash around the outside. The people at the office don’t answer calls or emails and never ooen the door at the office. Pot holes everywhere. When the water is disconnected you get a message hours later to advise.
Aug 12, 2023 · RUBIA EKI was visiting that area in search of buying a house and I was disappointed by the garbage dump that was in one of its surroundings. It is disappointing that in a place like that you see things like that.
