Lakeshore Management Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Orlando, Florida area? If so, you might come across Lakeshore Management, a mobile home park located at 2105 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817, USA. While primarily a mobile home park, it's important for those seeking RV accommodations to understand the nature of this community based on available information.
Lakeshore Management can be contacted via phone at (407) 273-1158 or mobile phone at +1 407-273-1158. Their physical address places them within Orlando, offering potential access to the city's numerous attractions, amenities, and services. For individuals and families exploring long-term RV park options in the vicinity, understanding the specifics of what Lakeshore Management offers is crucial.
Based on recent customer reviews available online, it appears that Lakeshore Management has faced some significant challenges in terms of tenant satisfaction. Several reviews highlight concerns regarding frequent rent increases without corresponding improvements to the property. One reviewer specifically mentioned that the only visible change after a new company took over was a new entry sign, while rents continued to rise. This led to frustration among the residents, particularly the elderly community on fixed incomes, who reportedly received demanding letters instead of seeing tangible improvements like pressure washing or addressing a sewage issue that allegedly caused unpleasant smells in their homes. This reviewer explicitly stated they "would not recommend" the property.
Another detailed review described a frustrating experience involving disputed late fees and uncashed checks. The reviewer, identifying himself as Christopher, recounted attempts over two months to contact management regarding what he believed to be erroneous late fees. He alleged being met with unprofessional behavior from the front office and detailed sending multiple checks, none of which were cashed while fees continued to accumulate. This situation escalated to the point where the reviewer expressed fear of eviction despite having attempted to pay multiple times. The reviewer shared an email sent to various contacts at Lakeshore and Riviera (presumably the management company), outlining his difficulties in resolving the issue and his intent to publicize his experience. These accounts paint a picture of potential administrative and maintenance issues that prospective residents should be aware of.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," it's essential to evaluate if Lakeshore Management aligns with the typical expectations of an RV park. Traditional RV parks often provide specific amenities tailored to recreational vehicles, such as individual hookups for water, electricity, and sewage at each site. They may also offer communal facilities like laundry rooms, restrooms with showers, recreational areas, and dedicated RV dump stations. The available information does not explicitly detail whether Lakeshore Management offers these standard RV amenities or if its infrastructure is primarily designed for permanent mobile homes.
For RV owners seeking short-term or long-term stays, it's crucial to inquire directly with Lakeshore Management about their policies regarding RVs. Questions to ask might include:
- Do they currently accommodate RVs?
- What types and sizes of RVs do they allow?
- Are there dedicated RV hookups (water, electric, sewer) at each site? What are the voltage and amperage of the electrical hookups?
- What are the monthly or daily rates for RVs?
- What amenities are available for RV residents (e.g., laundry, restrooms, showers, dump station)?
- What are the park's rules and regulations concerning RVs?
- Are there any restrictions on the age or condition of RVs?
Given the negative feedback concerning rent increases without improvements and alleged administrative issues, prospective residents should also inquire about the current rental rates, the frequency of rent adjustments, and the process for addressing maintenance requests and billing discrepancies.
While Lakeshore Management is geographically located within Orlando, a potentially attractive factor due to its proximity to various attractions and services, the publicly available customer reviews raise significant concerns about the management and living conditions. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" should weigh these concerns carefully against any potential benefits of the location. It is strongly recommended to contact Lakeshore Management directly to obtain current and specific information regarding their RV policies, amenities, and any ongoing improvements or changes in management practices. Visiting the property in person, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the actual environment and conditions.
In conclusion, while Lakeshore Management is located in Orlando and may appear in searches for "RV parks near me," the available information suggests a need for thorough due diligence. The negative reviews regarding rent increases, lack of apparent property improvements, and alleged administrative issues should prompt potential residents to seek detailed information directly from the management and possibly consider alternative RV park options in the Orlando area to ensure a satisfactory and stress-free living experience.

Lakeshore Management Reviews
Constantly raising the rent without improvements to the property. This company recently took over our park and the ONLY improvement made was a new sign for the entry. Our rent went up again recently and you would think with the increase, they could send someone in to pressure wash instead of sending demanding letters to this elderly community causing stress and panic. Think of who your tenants are, older folks, all of which are on social security, budgets are already tight. Maybe put some effort into the sewage issue as there is a serious problem where the sewage lines causes smells to creep back up into the homes.Would not recommend!
Mar 28, 2023 · Unknown SoldierMy experience with Lakeshore and Riviera can be summed up in the following email. I am being charged some sort of late fee and nobody can explain why. I have also tried to pay it now three times and my checks are not being cashed, while these fees accumulate. The following is a message I have sent to everyone I can at Lakeshore and Riviera. I have been trying to speak to a human being who will not scream at me, cash my check, and stop threatening eviction. Thank you.Hi,My name is Christopher.I have tried to reach a manager in your office for over 60 days to discuss some sort of accumulated late fees that seem to be an error on your staff's end.I was met with screams from your front office.I don't have the energy or patience to go into detail via email. This is a copy of the check I sent to you at the beginning of the month. It was not cashed. I have now cut A THIRD CHECK TO YOU on 1/17 as I did not see that notice in my mailbox. Fees have accumulated. This is beyond ridiculous.Someone needs to call me to discuss eradicating these fees.Thank you,Dr. Christopher SalutePS - I am sending this email to everyone I can find at Riviera and Lakeshore. So, please don't think about not forwarding it to the right folks. I will also publish this email as I am fearful that I will be evicted from a lease space I have paid for THREE TIMES this month. Thank you.
Jan 18, 2023 · Christopher SaluteMy father in law lives here. He is in his 60's . And he used to be able to pay the rent through the office or at amscot. They made it so difficult for him to pay his rent...let alone on time because no one at the office answers their phones. No one is ever in the office as well. A lady once gave him a link so he can pay his rent online, but it doesn't even work. Mind you he is in his 60's and not tech savvy. We've looked online and used the link.... nothing to be found to pay the rent.
Aug 04, 2023 · Yvonne RecioThis review is for Highland Oaks MHP in Tampa. I lived there for 2 yrs with a different owner and manager. Lakeshore bought it June 2019 and I moved in Nov. 2019. The manager Jenny was really pleasant and so were the maintenance guys. Lakeshore did a lot of sprucing up the outside of the whole park. The insides of the homes definitely need work and Lakeshore states that they will be working on that (I would assume as people move out since the homes need a major overhaul). The community has always been a safe and quiet community. That was the main reason I stayed living there despite the condition of the inside. I never had a problem with anyone who lives there either. But I am also one who says to myself for the most part.
Dec 13, 2019 · Samantha KleinI’ve lived in one of Lakeshore’s communities for 3 years now. The office staff is useless, lies to tenants, doesn’t speak to each other to give everyone the same answer, and tries to make their problems tenant problems. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement mailbox key, the roads are horrible, the mailbox area is unlit and unsafe (even thought they’ve been promising mailbox area upgrades for years) and they’re impossible to get ahold of by phone or email. They NEVER answer/respond. We get a new manager at the office every year or so and each one is as useless as the last. I do NOT recommend ANYONE to live in one of their communities and need my new mailbox key ASAP! 2 weeks is ridiculous, and I know people in the neighborhood who have been waiting much longer than 2 weeks.
