Cabin #5

F5MP+8P, Delta, AL 36258, USA

3.0
Stayed for a couple of nights this week. We enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the remote location. This unit has one queen bed and a small, but inclusive kitchen. However, it does not have a dishwasher. The gas fireplace was enjoyable and very convenient as opposed to having to build a fire. I would guess that in the past, when it had a regular fireplace, that it would get quite toasty in this smaller cabin. These are the original cabins the CCC built in the 1930s, but they have been updated to modern amenities, including DirecTV. The bathroom includes a jetted tub. Note: There is no shower, only a portable shower head for rinsing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and will definitely stay here again. - Mike Wood
