Caddo River Crossing Reviews
Marc and Tracy have the best property to vacation at. The creek is right there, the seclusion, the friendliness. This place is so laid back and chill. It is situated so perfectly from just about anything you want to do. We did Hot Springs, Crater of Diamonds, Collier Springs, Magazine Mountain, Queen Wilhelmina State Park, hiking, and diamond/gemstone digging on Crystal Mountain all within about an hour from here. When you are done sightseeing for the day you can come back to the cabin grill up something and walk down to Caddo River and sit & relax in the Creek and watch the fish swim around your feet until it gets dark enough for the fireflys to start shinning across the way and the stars start to shine bright along with them. It's perfect! Do not pass up this place.
Aug 05, 2024 · Elysia HaleyThe entire property was very well maintained and lots of hard work went into making it a nice place to spend our Birthday Weekend. The 2 BR 2 Bath that we stayed in was extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed for a great time. The access to the river was easy and close and we spent our entire days just hanging in the water, floating on our tubes, setting in chairs in the water, playing with our kids , and having a picnic. Highly recommended and appreciated…!! Thanks Marc.
Aug 19, 2023 · Jerry GrayExceptional spot! We came with our son and daughter For a week! Marc was great! He was very informative and helpful for any and all questions or requests! The walk to the water was easy going down and not so much up but so worth it when you are in the water! The water here is so clear and not too much current to swim. Just enough current to sit and watch people in kayaks pass you. It was funny to watch people figure out a kayak for the first time! Loved the covered deck and the hot tub! Everything I would want at my own home. 10/10 will be back here!
Jun 12, 2020 · Laura WheelerThis place is amazing! Clean & relaxing! Sits right at the head of the main Caddo river kayak/canoe float. Owners are very accommodating, very cool laid back people! My new favorite get away.
Oct 30, 2020 · John Calvin BrewerIt was good clean river to float but you have to go when the river is flowing just right or it can be difficult to float plus hot springs is just a hop skip and jump away
