Camper Cabins

Elba Township, MN 55972, USA

5.0
Newer cabins made a cozy place to stay during a rainy April week. We stayed at Brown Trout, which was up a little path from the parking area. Carts were provided to carry belongings. The cabin has electricity, electric baseboard heat, a three season porch with a table and chairs, plus the standard campsite picnic table and fire ring. Perfectly fine vault toilet and drinking water at the parking area, with a new bathroom/shower faculty a short walk away. There is a short cut walking path to this building or can follow the road. Because it was spring, the trees weren't fully leafed out so had a bit less privacy from the other cabins. Unfortunately this newer campground area didn't have great trail connection to the older parts of the park, but it was surrounded by a lovely little woods bursting with wildflowers. - Lindsey Fenner
