Canandaigua / Rochester KOA Holiday Reviews
We stayed here for 4 days, the most clean and well kept campground. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. This campground has very special events during the week, ice cream, pizza along with wings and delivery to our camp site. During the weekends, they have all kinds of events to families and kids. The pond is huge with catch and release fishing. Paddle boats for all ages to enjoy on the pond. The store, store and game room is just perfect for all goods to purchase, movie time for kids and all new video games. Our site was near the pond with a fountain. The pool was welcoming as well. At night different colored lights shaped as a flag, tree and stars on various poles. Walking bridges, trails and obstacles courses for kids to enjoy. Bike and quad cycle riding too. We will definitely come back here again.

Feb 22, 2025 · Joshua SamereThis was a great KOA vacation location. It was very busy but extremely organized. Super staff that leads you to your site, helps you back in and get set up. Site was mostly level, sewer and water were very good, power box was secure and up to date, but wifi was not the greatest. So much to do, hayrides, putt putt, ice cream, food, pizza delivery, fishing, concert on Sat night, hiking trails, confidence course, etc. Always had staff around on carts, which I liked, as this staff was supportive, attentive and very friendly. Decent store for the oops I forgot stuff. No cart rentals, but you can rent two and three wheel bikes, paddle boats for the small lake and a cool swan lovers paddle boat! I would highly recommend this campground for the perks and the staff!!
Aug 27, 2024 · Jeff PatchenNice RV, cabins, camping resort. Level spots. Bathrooms are the cleanest we see traveling. Big store and office. Didn't use the laundry. Staff are great. The grounds are serene. Cabins are in good spots and they look nice though I was in our RV. Will be back.
Sep 18, 2024 · Terry CoxI put a $600 down payment for camping site in Farmington, ny KOA. I couldn’t go camping in 2025 summer because of personal reasons I gave them a 7 month cancellation and they took 50 % of the down payment. So I had to fight to get 1/2 back 7 months before summer camping then they send me a paper saying they keep the whole down payment I never was told no return on a down payment. Watch how you deal with FARMINGTON KOA
