Circle S Campgrounds Introduce
For those seeking "camping near me" in the Kingman, Arizona area, particularly those interested in affordable monthly rates and potentially longer-term stays, Circle S Campgrounds, located at 2360 Airway Ave, Kingman, AZ 86409, USA, presents an interesting option. With phone numbers (928) 757-3235 and +1 928-757-3235 available for inquiries, this campground has received feedback highlighting both its strengths and areas for improvement. Let's delve into what Circle S Campgrounds offers to local users.
Situated in Kingman, Arizona, Circle S Campgrounds benefits from its location in a city that serves as a gateway to various attractions in northwestern Arizona, including the Grand Canyon West Rim and Route 66 historic sites. The environment surrounding the campground is likely a mix of urban and desert landscapes, given its address on Airway Avenue. Its proximity to local amenities, as indicated in the reviews, suggests a convenient location for accessing everyday necessities and services. Kingman experiences a warm, arid climate, typical of the Mojave Desert, with hot summers and mild winters, which RVers should consider when planning their stay.
One of the most significant aspects of Circle S Campgrounds, according to recent residents, is its management. The reviews specifically commend the "Great Management," with one new resident since October highly recommending the park and noting that "Management actually cares about their Residents." This positive feedback suggests a responsive and supportive management team, which can greatly enhance the living experience for both short-term and long-term guests. The mention of "New spaces being added daily" indicates that the campground is expanding, potentially offering more opportunities for those seeking accommodation.
Another key feature highlighted in the reviews is the affordability of the monthly rates. Circle S Campgrounds is described as having "Super affordable monthly rates," which is a significant draw for individuals looking for budget-friendly living options or extended RV stays. Furthermore, the inclusion of essential utilities such as water, trash, and electricity in the monthly rate adds considerable value and simplifies budgeting for residents. The reviewer stating it's a "Great place to live" further underscores the positive aspects of the community and the affordability it offers.
The location of Circle S Campgrounds is another significant advantage. The reviews mention its "Easy walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, PetSmart, and even the hospital." This convenience is a major benefit for residents, providing easy access to daily necessities, dining options, pet care, and healthcare facilities without the need for extensive travel. This walkability enhances the quality of life for those staying at the campground, offering a level of independence and accessibility to urban amenities that is not always found in more remote camping locations.
However, the reviews also point out areas where Circle S Campgrounds could improve. A recurring concern is the condition of the bathrooms, described as a "disaster." This is a significant drawback for any campground or residential facility, as clean and well-maintained restrooms are essential for hygiene and comfort. The functionality of the laundry facilities also appears to be an issue, with only "maybe one dryer works." This limited availability and potential malfunction of laundry equipment can be inconvenient for both short-term and long-term residents.
One reviewer suggests that if management had a budget to make repairs, "this place could become more profitable," implying that addressing the issues with the bathrooms and laundry facilities would significantly improve the overall appeal and value of Circle S Campgrounds. This indicates that while the management is perceived as caring and responsive, there might be limitations in terms of resources available for necessary upgrades and maintenance of these essential amenities.
Considering the platform category "camping near me," Circle S Campgrounds likely caters to RVers looking for both short-term and potentially longer-term stays, given the emphasis on monthly rates. For short-term campers, the affordability and convenient location near Kingman's amenities could be attractive. However, the reported issues with the bathrooms and laundry might be a deterrent for some. For those seeking more budget-friendly, longer-term RV living, the affordable monthly rates and inclusion of utilities could outweigh the concerns about these facilities, especially if management is actively working to address these issues.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, the campground could emphasize its "Super affordable monthly rates" and the "Great Management" in its promotions. Highlighting the "Easy walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, PetSmart, and even the hospital" as a key convenience factor could also attract potential residents and longer-term RVers. The ongoing expansion with "New spaces being added daily" could be another promotional point, indicating growth and availability. Addressing the concerns about the bathrooms and laundry facilities in any promotional materials by outlining planned improvements or current efforts to rectify these issues could also be beneficial.
To obtain the most up-to-date information about Circle S Campgrounds, including current rates, availability of spaces (both short-term and long-term), specific amenities offered, and any ongoing improvements or promotions, local users are encouraged to contact the campground directly using the provided phone numbers: (928) 757-3235 or +1 928-757-3235. In conclusion, Circle S Campgrounds in Kingman, AZ, offers an affordable option for those seeking "camping near me," particularly for monthly stays. Its great management and convenient location with easy access to amenities are significant advantages. While there are reported issues with the bathrooms and laundry facilities, the ongoing expansion and the positive feedback regarding management's care for residents suggest a community with potential. Local users looking for budget-friendly RV living with urban conveniences in Kingman should consider Circle S Campgrounds, while also being aware of the reported limitations in certain amenities.

Circle S Campgrounds Reviews

Nov 02, 2024 · Carol Boon ClydeSuper affordable monthly rates, water, trash and electricity included. Great place to live. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, PetSmart, and even the hospital. Would get better review but the bathrooms are a disaster and only maybe one dryer works...If only management had some sort of budget to make repairs this place could become more profitable...
Feb 11, 2018 · Travis LehighThe Circle S campground is a great little place. There are not a lot of frills and it's not a big extravagant place, but it is always very well kept clean and nicely maintained. Most of the folks who stay there on more of a permanent basis, all seem to be a nice tight nit family. The staff / management are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. So the park dose not have all the amenities of the bigger more well known park's, they also don't have the big park prices. I think it's a nice, cozy, comfortable place.
