Clifton RV Lots LLC Introduce
Hello, local campers and RV enthusiasts! If you're searching for "camping near me" in the Clifton, Tennessee area, Clifton RV Lots LLC, located at 328 Duck Blind Rd, Clifton, TN 38425, USA, presents a compelling option, particularly for those with RVs or those seeking a community-oriented camping experience near the water. You can reach them by phone at (315) 771-2757 or via mobile at +1 315-771-2757.
Based on the available customer reviews, Clifton RV Lots LLC stands out not only for its location but also for the exceptional hospitality of its host, Mr. Ricky. One couple, celebrating their anniversary, encountered an issue with their initial booking but were wonderfully accommodated by Mr. Ricky, who not only arranged a spot for them for the night but also hosted them at a "Creek Side spot" for the remainder of their week. They described him as a "God Send" and their "Saving Grace," expressing immense gratitude for his kindness, hospitality, and willingness to ensure they had a great week. This personal touch suggests a level of care and commitment that can significantly enhance a camping experience.
Another reviewer who "found this little gem on a camping app" enthusiastically recommended the location for those needing a "weekend away from the hustle and bustle of every day life." They highlighted the "views," the "boats," and the "community of RV owners and River/Lake Life culture" as compelling reasons to visit. This paints a picture of a vibrant yet relaxed environment centered around water activities and a friendly community of fellow travelers. The reviewer also praised the host, Rick (presumably Mr. Ricky), as "awesome," "very informative and interactive," noting that he seemed genuinely happy to ensure their satisfaction. This reinforces the theme of exceptional hospitality.
Given the address and the mention of "Creek Side" and "River/Lake Life culture," the environment of Clifton RV Lots LLC is likely situated near a creek, river, or lake, offering scenic views and opportunities for water-related activities. Clifton, Tennessee, is located on the banks of the Tennessee River, so it's highly probable that the "River/Lake Life culture" mentioned is connected to this significant waterway. The presence of "boats" in one review further supports this, suggesting that boating and perhaps fishing are part of the local appeal.
While the reviews don't explicitly detail the services and features of the RV lots, we can infer some aspects. Being "RV Lots," it's reasonable to assume that the sites are equipped to accommodate recreational vehicles, possibly with hookups for water, electricity, and sewer. The mention of a "Creek Side spot" suggests that there are different types of lots available, some with direct access to or views of the creek. The community of RV owners implies a social aspect to staying here, with opportunities to connect with others who share a similar lifestyle.
The positive experiences shared in the reviews serve as strong promotional information. The willingness of the host to go above and beyond to accommodate guests, as highlighted in the anniversary trip anecdote, speaks volumes about the level of service one might expect. The description of the location as an "awesome" "little gem" perfect for escaping daily life, combined with the appeal of the views and the river/lake culture, makes Clifton RV Lots LLC an attractive destination for those seeking a relaxing and engaging outdoor experience.
For local users searching for "camping near me," Clifton RV Lots LLC offers a unique combination of a potentially scenic riverside location and exceptional, personalized hospitality. The sense of community among RV owners adds another layer of appeal for those who enjoy connecting with fellow travelers. While specific details about amenities and lot sizes aren't provided, the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding the host and the overall atmosphere suggests a welcoming and enjoyable stay.
To get more specific information about the services and features, such as the availability of hookups, the size of the lots, or any other amenities offered, local residents are encouraged to contact Clifton RV Lots LLC directly using the provided phone numbers. However, the reviews clearly indicate that the personal touch of the host and the appealing riverside environment are significant draws.
In conclusion, Clifton RV Lots LLC in Clifton, TN, appears to be more than just a place to park your RV. It's a community where the host goes out of his way to ensure guests have a positive experience, set in a potentially beautiful riverside location with a welcoming "River/Lake Life culture." For local users looking for "camping near me" with a personal touch and a relaxed, scenic environment, Clifton RV Lots LLC comes highly recommended based on the experiences of past visitors.

Clifton RV Lots LLC Reviews
My Husband and I planned and booked a Camping Trip for a week to celebrate our 1 year Anniversary. When we arrived later that night, to our surprise the spot we rented had a camper there and the gate was locked. We were not sure what we were going to do. We were miles from anything with no spot to stay and our 2 Pups in the truck also. I googled and start calling different rental companies within the same Campground. Mr. Ricky happened to answer and made arrangements for us for the night and then hosted a Creek Side spot for the remainder of the week. He was a God Send and our Saving Grace! We are beyond Grateful and truly blessed to have found him. We definitely will be going back and renting a spot from him. He was so nice, hospitable and accommodating to help make our week a Great One!
Oct 29, 2024 · Angela HopperFound this little gem on a camping app that we use. Let me tell you, this place is awesome. If a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of every day life is what you need, then this is the place. The views, the boats, the community of RV owners and River/Lake Life culture are all reasons you should come. The host Rick was awesome. Very informative and interactive. I sent him picks and we chatted throughout the stay. He seemed happy that we were happy. This place will be frequented by us.
May 27, 2024 · Phillip StandridgeWe love this campground!! The huge lots are so nice, and you can choose from a lot on the Tennessee River, on a beautiful cove, or with nice shade trees. Everything is very well maintained. Perfect for boaters and fishermen! We spent 5 months there. You have all of the space you need on your lot to park your vehicles and your boat. One of our favorite places to go nearby was Clifton Marina and Restaurant, their food is outstanding! The campground owner, Rick, is awesome and the camp hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!
Mar 06, 2024 · Kathryn GresslerWow, where do I start? My wife Kirsten, and our K-9 Child Sandy, were planning on a one night stay at the Clifton RV Lot 214-A Site 6.As a result of being a newbie camper, and not following the directions on our reservation, the directions that were highlighted with the google map address, we got to our lot late, very late, causing a 911 panic call to our host Rick.Being greeted by Rick, this friendly voice, you know the one when you’re about to turn around and go back to Florida because you have done everything to spoil the vacation that you waited a year for?Well then there’s Rick calm cool and collected on the line from Clifton RV Lots, who just stepped out of a movie theater, late in Colorado with his lovely wife, missing their movie to hold us newbie’s by the hand to get us settled into what was one of the most amazing RV Site views that we awoken to!Well as a result of our 2018 40’ diesel pusher breaking down the next day, and what was supposed to be a one day stay, turned into a six day stay canceling our Cummings Ferry Lake vacation in Kentucky.Being a newbie and not knowing who to call for service repair on our RV, there was Rick our host, going out of his way to contact a mobile rv service company and somehow convincing them to drive from Savanna Tennessee, 45 minutes out late in the night, because newbies only breakdown on weekends or late in the night, very late in the night, and get us serviced to move on to Kentucky.Being concerned about leaving our “guardian angel” and host Rick, we stayed the remainder of our trip at site 214 A #6.We discovered some of the most pleasant people, in one of the most beautiful places White Oak Landings Tennessee, nestled in a beautiful river front setting. With that said, we’ll let these photos that we want to share speak volumes of Clifton RV Lots and White Oak Landing!Thankfully there are RV Lot Host, that can turn what could’ve been a nightmare into incredible memories😎
Apr 30, 2024 · Charles LammWe stayed for 10 days and it was very quiet and peaceful. We stayed on lot 214A lot 6 very nice. We were right on the water it was great for a couple days until they opened the dam and we had no water view, It was a big mud puddle. Rick did offer to give us a refund but it was so nice there and the weather was beautiful we just wanted to stay. Not their fault they drained the cove. We would like to return some day to camp again. Thanks Rick for making it a nice camping experience!
