The presence of laundry facilities can be inferred from the general amenities offered at KOA locations, providing convenience for longer stays. The positive mention of the staff's compassion in a difficult travel situation underscores a high level of customer service, suggesting that guests can expect attentive and helpful support during their stay. The proximity to Juliette and the famous Whistle Stop Cafe is another significant feature, offering a unique local excursion for dining and exploring. The positive feedback regarding the management's responsiveness, particularly in addressing concerns about other guests, indicates a commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for all visitors. Forsyth KOA Journey Reviews
I wanted to give the staff at Forsyth a 5 star review for their compassion during my travels from Florida to Kentucky. My father had passed away and my mother had come down sick and I had to leave her in Florida to take my father home.Travel plans turned terrible but a light of compassion shown through when I could not make it to the campground and they insisted not to charge me due to my circumstances.Thank you all so much for a caring light in a bad situation. If you’re looking for good honest people these are them I will stop everytime I come by!Thank you again and god bless you all and your business!
Apr 22, 2025 · Doug McCormickMy husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. Brian and Gaye are doing a great job out there and have really turned things around since we stayed a few years ago. The cabins are better, the grounds are well kept, and they even added putt putt ,a nice basketball court, tether ball (my favorite ) and corn hole. The camp grounds are close to Juliette so we went to Whistle Stop-sooo good! 😊There were some long term guests whose kids were a little bit of a nuisance ,but we just let Brian know and he took care of it.We are vending a festival in Juliette in October and will definitely be back then, if not before! Looking forward! If you need a little getaway, we definitely recommend staying here.
Mar 31, 2025 · SmittenkittenWe had to make an emergency stop due to issues with our RV. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had an RV pulling a car trailer (70' all together). We were able to get a spot with no problem. The park is very nicely maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful and served us warm cookies, and also have pizza delivery to your campsite! They are also very pet friendly! 😁
Dec 15, 2024 · Debbie WaltersWe enjoyed our stay! I really liked the campground sites, amenities, and staff. They were very helpful and accommodating when we were having issues with our RV. The onsite pizza place was really good! Me and my dog enjoyed our multiple walks despite the light rain it was nice to be in a campground with beautiful trees, birds chirping, and great customer service!
Mar 10, 2025 · Tia ThompsonClean, folks are nice. The bad part it's a truck stop with hookups. No space to enjoy your rv unless your in the front, no side room at all. They brought a picnic table and it didn't fit alongside my RV. I wondered why when I got here they had to bring me a fire ring and table. Giving people a few feet would have cost them 2 spots (I did the math). Rates were reasonable, but if your looking to sit and enjoy, go elsewhere. If you looking for a good spot to stop, sleep, dump and go, rather then boondocking, it's an alternative.
