Sep 15, 2024 · Melinda MartinezThis was our first experience with an rv park and it has ruined our expectations for finding another park similar. This RV park has it all from the activities to the community! Its fenced in, gated, security patrolled. One of my favorite features of Fort Trodd is that it's only available to monthly or 5 or 6 month campers which means you get to know your neighbors and there's not constant noise from coming and going. It has a fenced in dog run. Bath house. Laundry facilities. 2 lakes. Swimming. Fishing. Playground. Pavilions. Trees. Waterfront sites. Clean. Organized activities. Pleasant guests and staff. In a quiet, safe and rural setting yet not far from all the stores/shopping. Great for retirees, workers and families alike. We loved our time at Fort Trodd and have yet to find another rv park that comes close in comparison.
