Oct 07, 2024 · angela3132000If I could give this campground negative stars I would. You spend a fortune camping with your family and get treated like garbage. The girl at the front desk was HORRIBLE! So rude it was kind of disturbing. I don’t know how a company would want someone like that working for them! Especially being one of the first people your guests see! The lady sitting in the entrance booth was awful as well. When dealing with the public you would think she would be welcoming but she is as the opposite. Never again will I be giving this campground any money and will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else! Happy Camping!
Oct 15, 2024 · Shelby YockThe operating manager by the name of PAT. honestly needs to be fired. This man was verbally abusive to me for no reason, there was a small misunderstanding that led to have to leave my car parked and run inside and get it sorted out. he was screaming in my face, puffing his chest up to me and banging on my window even when i tried to leave he was following on foot screaming at me. the police should have honestly been called but it was like a was frozen in shock and too scared to call them. When talking to other campers he treated them the same way screaming and yelling at them and getting in their faces in a threating manner. I have never had a man treat me like this in my life especially at a place of business. He was so out of control other campers were coming up to me and offering comfort and validation of his complete inappropriate behavior not to mention how this abuse effected the workers inside registering guests. When i asked for the guy's name the workers shared, they were instructed not to give it out which was just so weird to me. I am questioning if the workers are also being abused. If this company values its customers, this guy should not have a job. we will not be coming back unless guy has been fired.
Oct 21, 2024 · strong sinjayo9Overall this place is nice and has several activities for kids and it allows dogs which is awesome. However we checked in and headed to our lodge and when we walked in we could instantly tell it was not kept clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere including the wall above the table where you were supposed to sit and eat. There was a loft and there was dirt all up the stairs and on the floor of the loft. The toilet wasn't secured fully to the floor so it moved when you sat down and the floor was nasty it had dirt and hair all over it. There was a ceiling fan above our bed and the lights were covered in cobwebs and the fan blades were full of dust. Didn't even want to use it because it would have landed all over our bed. The gutters on the outside were full of little trees trying to grow out of it. For the cost per night that lodge should definitely be cleaned a lot better. Besides the cleanliness this place seems great but I won't pay those prices for a place like that again.
