Freeport Village Campground Reviews
We moved in a couple weeks ago and we are just blown away with how nice everyone is and how beautiful and peaceful it is here! Definitely staying for a long while! Summers in Maine will be great here!!
May 09, 2024 · Brandy FrenchWe stayed at Freeport Village CG for two nights in our 35' Class A MH. This is a very nice RV Park. It's small (maybe 35 sites total), but very well kept. Our site was level, and all utilities worked well. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were very pleasant when we did.
Aug 15, 2023 · David TurnerWe stayed 3 days so we could tour Freeport and surrounding area. Very reasonable prices and very accommodating to us. Not an RV resort (and we didn’t need one) but really comfortable park. Contrary to other reviews that stated no dedicated pet area, they directed us to the field behind the maintenance garage and WOW. Awesome mowed off leash area. We played frisbee and the pups ran their legs off. We were very happy with our stay. Very close to LLBean and downtown Freeport.
Aug 04, 2023 · Aalia FuellerNice family-owned Campground very close to the outlet malls in Freeport. The owners are on site and so friendly; RIta found us a last-minte spot for the week even though most folks staying here are seasonal. The prices are the best in the area. Clean laundry on site in the clubhouse; showers too. No tent campers, FYI. Stayed in early May 2023.
May 09, 2023 · Melodie AdkinsWe stayed here on our way North and it was good value, friendly people, full hookups, reasonable pricing. No real access to trails or anywhere to walk your dog but you can get in the car and go to nearby parks. We felt it was worth it to stay here in order to have access to Freeport which is only a mile down the road. L.L.Bean is here and it is really fun to just hang around Freeport. Shocked at how many craft breweries there were. If you are only staying a night or so and have boondocking capabilities, you can park in downtown Freeport in the spillover parking lot for l.l. bean, but there are no services, water, dump station etc., Nor would any be expected in a parking lot.
