Gatlinburg East / Smoky Mountain KOA Holiday Reviews
We stayed 2 nights in a cabin 4/25. The cabin was very spacious and clean. There were lots of towels and dishes, pans, etc. I enjoyed sitting on the rocker on the large porch that also contained table, chairs, gas table heater and a grill. The queen bed was comfortable. Highly recommend for your cabin or rv stay.
May 02, 2025 · Kathy WatkinsWe arrived late afternoon on a Saturday and on Sunday we notice a dead tree leaning over the camper. We walked up to the office and mentioned to them and before I walked the 50 yards back to the campsite the ground crew was already at my site assessing the the tree and already called back to the office and had us upgraded to a new premium site. Super impressed with how quickly they jumped on this and had a game plan to fix. A+ customer service.
Apr 27, 2025 · Shannon AndrewsA quiet, well maintained camping Oasis close enough to Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smokies to take in all that the area has to offer. Between the Bistro, site trash pick up, and activities for all, the staff at this full service koa go out if their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay.
Apr 29, 2025 · Ian BullockReally beautiful campground, awesome staff, good distance away from the main downtown area so it's a little ride but it's nice and quiet.Really enjoyed our time there, will stay next time for longer.
Apr 20, 2025 · Matthew RaiaAmazing campground! Very friendly people in the store, they deliver firewood and other needs when available. They have a nature walk in the back of the campsites. Campsites are spacious and clean. The laundry room was fairly clean, as in no visible dog hair in washer and dryers, 2.50 per wash or dry. Super cute park for kids, brand new and clean. Also had a game room with board games and puzzles. Surrounded by nature, not too far from center of Gatlinburg/pigeon forge. Very closer to great Smokey mountains.
