Kila Hana Camperland Reviews
We recently stayed at Kila Hana for a couple nights. As we pulled in, we were greeted by the grounds keeper who took us to our site and helped us get backed in. Such a nice friendly guy. Later the owner brought us our paperwork. Again, so nice and friendly. They have a nice kitchen/rec area where you can cook or just hang out. We had a very nice, relaxing time at Kila Hana. I would definitely recommend this RV Park.
Sep 08, 2024 · Cindy O'BrienSome one has pass down a free room and when going to see if I could get a room with it they were not only rude especiall given my honesty of my situation and apologizes hopeful they said the free room was only for certain individuals noine else and they needed to know who gave it to me and took the card I had back and I respectfully applied and left! Ith how honest nice and respectful I was us think and my reason for why it was passed along to me they would of wanted to help and cared a a little but nope.. I think iv said enough here God bless all! As a 5 star cleaner of over +20 years and with out seeing cottages or park and going of my experience things(rumor hearsay but could be very true)I've heard and they way it looks I'd have to say it just like all the rest u get what u pay for
Nov 03, 2024 · Sarah MurrayThe campground is fun, well located, and easy to find. My only complaint would be how outdated, worn out, and dirty the main building, showers, and restrooms are nasty. The building should be leveled and a new building built. Holes in the wall, shower heads hanging out of the walls, door that are difficult to open, and overall really rough shape of the building. Housekeeping in the restrooms and shower area is poor as well. These need to be cleaned at least twice a day.Other than this one issue, the campground is great.
Jul 12, 2024 · Eric ChristoffersonThis was our the first time staying here and we loved it! We usually stay at Grayland campground but will be coming here from now on. This place gives a very nostalgic feel.❤️ The hosts were easy to communicate with and made you feel right at home. There is a rec room and other outdoor games provided as well as a gift shop. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are free. The tent camping sites are spacious. It is also located right in Westport so the location is fantastic. Will definitely be back!.
Jun 24, 2024 · ALWAMy husband and I made reservations for here over the 4th of July, but we had to cancel it. I emailed them to let them know and asked if she needed the credit card we paid to put my deposit back. She questioned where I go my information because they don't do refunds! The letter that she originally attached with the rules, CLEARLY states:"If you cancel your reservation or any part of your reservation 7 or more days in advance of your scheduled stay, you will receive a FULL refund less a $10 cancellation fee for each campsite". WHERE DID I GET MY INFORMATION?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I only put ONE STAR because I had to do my GOOGLE REVIEW and let the world know!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
