This cabin was absolute perfect for a couple. The view was beautiful. The fireplaces and comfortable seating made for a very warm welcome. The secluded hot tub area was wonderful! TV's in each room of entertainment. The kitchen was stocked for everything you need to cook. We will definitely be back when it's a bit warmer.If I had to nit pick about anything is that my partner is 6'2" and upstairs is a bit short and he hit his head a couple times coming out of the bathroom. Not an owner problem just how it's built. Another thing, again not an owner problem, they are building something next door and they were doing construction during the day on Saturday which got disruptive at times when trying to rest. The driveway is also steep and it was wet so you had to go up the driveway a certain way.But seriously, this is an amazing getaway. Been to lots of cabins and this one is a new favorite.

Six adults stayed in Cabin 2 and it was excellent! The view of the lake from the hot tub during sunset felt like it was straight out of a movie (the cabins face west). All the little touches were there to make for a convenient stay and everything was clean. We grilled out, had a fire and hot tubbed it. The owners are very kind to top it off. We would stay again!

With covid going on, its scary to go stay in a place that a family was just in hours before. When we came in, I was expecting to disinfect the whole place. While cleaning light switches and door knobs, I didn't notice 1 speck of dust or finger smudges. It was very clean. I was very impressed! The downside was the beds were not comfortable, and the driveway is very steep, so it's better to have 4 wheel drive but we made it up in our suv. The ceilings are low so it's not for really tall people. But this place was so comfortable! The decor was very nice and there were so many places to sit. The view made up for everything, right at Lake Logan. Right down the road is Lake Logan Beach, and there were a few marinas within a mile of the cabin. I really loved this cabin and it's location. I definitely want to return. The pictures are all views from the cabin.

Overall, the stay was fine at Lake Escape 2. When my friends and I entered the cabin, the fire was on and it was small and cozy. It was just the small things that started to add up to take it from 5 to 3 stars. There were no sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen. The water smelled like sulfur. We ran out of toilet paper (this was the worst one). The temperature was never content. Upstairs would get WAY too hot, while the downstairs was freezing. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty from past customers. All in all, it was a fun stay, but I wouldn't stay again. The image is the view from the porch. The cabin is right off the main road.

We stayed here in cabin 1 for our honeymoon this cabin is unbelievably perfect we stayed here for 4 nights the cabin was vary clean and cozy to stay in and nothing beats that lake view we will be returning to this cabin again.
