Terrell's Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Terrell's Mobile Home Park, a residential community located at 15874 Fort Campbell Blvd in Oak Grove, Kentucky. While our platform category primarily focuses on "RV parks near me," we understand that individuals seeking stable and potentially more affordable long-term housing options often explore mobile home parks. Terrell's Mobile Home Park offers a unique living experience, particularly appealing to those connected with Fort Campbell due to its exceptional proximity to the military installation.
Situated in Oak Grove, Terrell's Mobile Home Park benefits from its location near a significant military base, Fort Campbell. This prime location offers unparalleled convenience for military personnel, civilian employees working on post, and their families. According to a recent resident, the park provides "easy to get on post" access, with a commute of "less than 5 min from my home to work." This proximity can translate to significant time savings and a less stressful daily routine for those affiliated with the base.
A noteworthy aspect of Terrell's Mobile Home Park is the recent change in ownership. The positive review indicates that the "new owners have been there for about a year and have done a lot to fix the place up." This suggests a commitment to improving the community and enhancing the living experience for its residents. While specific details about the renovations or improvements are not provided, this initiative bodes well for the overall upkeep and quality of the park.
The same reviewer also describes Terrell's Mobile Home Park as a "real quiet park." This is a significant advantage for individuals and families seeking a peaceful and tranquil living environment. A quiet atmosphere can contribute to a greater sense of relaxation and well-being, making it an attractive option for those who value peace and privacy in their residential community.
As a mobile home park, Terrell's Mobile Home Park likely operates on a land-lease model, where residents own their mobile homes but lease the lot on which they are situated. This can be a more affordable pathway to homeownership compared to purchasing traditional real estate. While specific details about the lot sizes, landscaping options, or community layout are not available in the provided information, mobile home parks typically offer a degree of individual space and the opportunity to personalize one's living area.
Unfortunately, the provided information lacks details regarding the specific services and features offered within Terrell's Mobile Home Park. Common amenities in mobile home parks can include essential utilities hookups (water, sewer, electricity), paved roads, street lighting, and potentially communal facilities such as laundry rooms, playgrounds, or community centers. However, without further information, we cannot confirm the presence or specifics of these amenities at Terrell's Mobile Home Park. Prospective residents are encouraged to inquire directly with the park management about the services and features available.
The second piece of feedback, "How do I contact someone for information on a rental? The phone number listed is out of service," presents a challenge for those seeking to learn more about Terrell's Mobile Home Park. The listed phone number, (270) 681-5944 and the mobile number +1 270-681-5944, are reportedly out of service. This lack of a working contact number in the provided information is a significant piece of missing information for potential residents. Individuals interested in rentals or any other inquiries will need to find an alternative way to contact the park management, perhaps through online searches for updated contact information or by physically visiting the park if feasible.
Given the conflicting information – a positive review highlighting recent improvements and a quiet atmosphere, coupled with a report of a non-working phone number – it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence to obtain accurate and up-to-date information. This might involve searching online for alternative contact details, visiting the park in person to inquire about vacancies and services, or seeking information from local community resources.
In conclusion, Terrell's Mobile Home Park in Oak Grove, KY, appears to offer a convenient living situation, particularly for those affiliated with Fort Campbell, boasting a less than 5-minute commute to the post. Recent positive feedback suggests that new ownership has been proactive in making improvements, and the park is described as being "real quiet." However, the reported issue with the listed phone number being out of service presents a hurdle for those seeking to contact the park for rental information or other inquiries. Potential residents will need to explore alternative methods to reach the management and gather the necessary details to make an informed decision about residing at Terrell's Mobile Home Park.

Terrell's Mobile Home Park Reviews
I just moved out of this park after leaving the Army. The new owners have been there for about a year and have done a lot to fix the place up. Real quiet park and it made it easy to get on post, less than 5 min from my home to work. I would live here again.

Jun 18, 2024 · Mandie PageWorst place ive ever seen should be blacklisted from the military the staff and owners are the rudest uncaring people ive ever met....there was a fire that destroyed one trailer and its remains sat for months with children running around it was a very unsfe place and the floors inside the trailers are so old and rotted that every step feels like u r going to crash through and mold on the walls....there were murderers that were caught that lived there and drugs constantly in and out of this area....this place is more of a hazard then anything i highly dont recommend this place to anybody there are better safer options available
