Belleglade Mobile Home Community Introduce
For individuals and families exploring residential communities in Clarksville, Tennessee, Belleglade Mobile Home Community, located at 2695 Robert Ave, Clarksville, TN 37042, presents a mobile home park option with notable features. Although the platform category is listed as "RV parks near me," this introduction focuses on Belleglade Mobile Home Community as a potential long-term or semi-permanent housing solution. It is important to differentiate between mobile home parks, which typically offer extended tenancies, and RV parks, which primarily cater to short-term recreational vehicle stays.
The available information regarding Belleglade Mobile Home Community comes from two customer reviews offering distinct perspectives. One review is from an individual who does not currently reside in the community but grew up in the town. This reviewer mentions that Belleglade Mobile Home Community was generally considered a nice place, noting that they had friends who lived there. A significant point highlighted is its location across from Fort Campbell Military base, which could be a considerable advantage for military families or individuals working on the base.
This reviewer also touches on the terminology used in online discussions, humorously correcting those who refer to "trailers" as "houses," emphasizing the nature of mobile homes. Additionally, they offer a pragmatic view on potential discrepancies between advertised prices and actual costs, suggesting that prices can change and online listings might not always be immediately updated. The reviewer advises potential residents to be aware of this possibility. While not directly related to Belleglade's internal environment, this comment underscores the importance of verifying current pricing and fees directly with the management.
The reviewer also provides a broader commentary on the town of Clarksville and Montgomery County, expressing a negative view on recent changes attributed to "PITTS," claiming a significant increase in crime and a decline in safety. While this is a general observation about the surrounding area and not specific to Belleglade Mobile Home Community itself, it is context that potential residents might want to consider when evaluating the overall location.
In contrast to the broader commentary on the town, the second review offers a highly positive assessment of Belleglade Mobile Home Community. This resident describes it as "wonderful, clean, safe, well maintained community with awesome management!" They explicitly state their love for living there, highlighting key positive attributes such as cleanliness, safety, good maintenance, and excellent management. This testimonial suggests a well-cared-for living environment with responsive and effective management, which are crucial factors for resident satisfaction.
Based on these two reviews, we can identify the following potential aspects of Belleglade Mobile Home Community:
- Proximity to Fort Campbell: A significant locational advantage for military personnel and related individuals.
- Generally Nice Reputation: At least historically, the community has been considered a pleasant place to live by locals.
- Cleanliness: A current resident explicitly describes it as a clean community.
- Safety: The same resident also characterizes it as a safe place to live.
- Well-Maintained: The community is reported to be well-maintained, suggesting attention to upkeep and infrastructure.
- Awesome Management: The management is praised as being excellent by a current resident.
While one review provides a positive local perspective and highlights the convenient location near Fort Campbell, the other offers direct positive feedback on the current living experience within Belleglade, emphasizing cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and management. These factors are often key priorities for individuals seeking a stable and comfortable residential community.
Given the positive feedback regarding cleanliness, safety, and management, Belleglade Mobile Home Community appears to offer a potentially attractive living environment for those seeking a mobile home park in Clarksville, Tennessee. The proximity to Fort Campbell is an additional significant benefit for a specific segment of the population.
However, as with any housing decision, potential residents should still conduct their own due diligence. While the reviews provide valuable insights, they are limited in number. To gain a comprehensive understanding of Belleglade Mobile Home Community, prospective tenants should contact the management directly at (931) 431-5214 or +1 931-431-5214 to inquire about:
- Availability of Mobile Homes or Lots: Determine if there are currently any mobile homes for rent or lots available for lease if you own a mobile home.
- Rental Costs and Lease Terms: Obtain detailed information about monthly rent, security deposits, lease durations, and any additional fees. Be sure to clarify any potential discrepancies between advertised prices and actual costs.
- Specific Amenities and Services: Inquire about on-site amenities such as laundry facilities, community areas, playgrounds, or management offices. Understand the services provided by the park management, including maintenance and upkeep of common areas.
- Park Rules and Regulations: Obtain a copy of the park's rules and regulations to understand the expectations for residents.
- Safety and Security Measures: Ask about any security measures in place within the community.
- Utilities: Determine how utilities such as water, electricity, and gas are billed and if they are included in the rent or are the resident's responsibility.
While the platform category is "RV parks near me," the context of the positive review focusing on community aspects and the mention of long-term residency suggests that Belleglade Mobile Home Community primarily functions as a mobile home park catering to longer-term residents rather than short-term RV stays. The strong emphasis on community, safety, and management aligns more with the characteristics of a well-run mobile home park.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Belleglade Mobile Home Community in the provided reviews. Potential residents should directly inquire with the management about any current special offers or incentives for new tenants.
In conclusion, Belleglade Mobile Home Community in Clarksville, Tennessee, appears to be a well-regarded mobile home park offering a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment with awesome management, according to a current resident. Its proximity to Fort Campbell is a significant advantage. Local users seeking a mobile home community in this area should consider contacting the management for more detailed information and to explore the possibilities of residing in Belleglade Mobile Home Community.

Belleglade Mobile Home Community Reviews
I don't live there but I grew up in the town where the place is located. For the most being a nice place I had friends that lived there, and it's across from Fort Campbell Military base. Although I read some of the reviews under this post. It's funny some call houses, they're trailers not houses people. And advertised might say one thing but prices change and maybe they haven't had the time to change it. Deal with it. You can always just stay away from this town. I will say this Clarksville Montgomery county TN. It is not the same due to PITTS ruining it for all of us. Crime has gone up 💯%, it's not safe in our town anymore.

Jan 29, 2025 · Ben GarenThe website said that the houses for sale were from 7 thousand dollars, 1200 monthly that included the $400 of the lot, and today I called they told me that there was nothing in that price but in 8500 and 1500 monthly! Misleading advertising! They should sue them for lying
Oct 18, 2024 · Sofi ValenciaI have been living here for 30 years. Although management has changed and the rules have grown more strict, the neighborhood has been revitalized and it was for the better. I can see the pros and cons to the changes but it has definitely improved over the years, 100%.The manager, Amy, is an amazing person who really cares for the neighborhood and organizes many events throughout the year that benefits many of the residents.I see some negative reviews that mention rules being changed regularly and I must say there have been a few I have disagreed with as well but it serves for the improvement of the neighborhood. This neighborhood is focused on preventing the area from becoming the typical stereotype of trailer trash.People need to remember that a company owns the trailer park so many of the rules being established are to prevent liabilities. I for one use to provide large firework displays for the neighborhood but trailers often times have their roofs coated with substances for UV Protection that can be flammable so the ban on fireworks was understandable and justified.
