Weatherly Estates Introduce
Welcome to Weatherly Estates, a dynamic and evolving residential community located at 200 Cedarbend Rd, Clarksville, TN 37043, USA. For those actively searching for "RV parks near me," or seeking long-term mobile home and tiny home living solutions in the Clarksville area, Weatherly Estates presents itself as a highly adaptable and accommodating option. This comprehensive introduction will delve into the park's environment, services, distinguishing features, and relevant promotional aspects, all based on valuable customer feedback and publicly available information.
Weatherly Estates has traditionally operated as a mobile home park, but has recently expanded its offerings to include RVs and tiny homes. This adaptability makes it a versatile choice for a diverse range of residents. It is particularly highlighted as a suitable option for "someone moving to Clarksville for a new military assignment or job," indicating its role as a practical and long-term housing solution. The park's inclusion in the "RV parks near me" category signifies its direct relevance to individuals and families searching for extended RV accommodations in the Clarksville, TN region.
The environment at Weatherly Estates is characterized by its spaciousness and natural elements. Reviews mention that "the sites are well spaced," providing ample room for vehicles and personal "hang out" areas. Many sites are "shaded," offering a natural canopy, which can be a significant advantage, especially during warmer months. However, the same review also notes that some may prefer "a space that is not shaded and avoid all the branches and goo dropping on your RV and truck," suggesting a variety of site types to suit different preferences. The community is described as "very friendly," fostering a welcoming atmosphere among residents. The presence of mobile home sites transitioning to accommodate RVs means that the park likely has a well-established layout, contributing to a sense of permanency.
In terms of services, Weatherly Estates provides essential utilities for both RV and mobile home residents. Each site is equipped with "water, electricity, and sewer hook ups." A practical consideration for RVers, as noted by a reviewer, is that "there was a long distance between the electrical post and the sewer," which necessitated purchasing "a 50 Amp extension cord." This is important information for prospective RV residents to be aware of. A highly valued service is the "inexpensive Internet available there," which is crucial for modern living, remote work, and entertainment. While management's physical presence in the office during posted hours "may or may not be" consistent, they are attentive to park rules, noting that "they will know if you drive over 15 MPH," implying a focus on safety and maintaining a peaceful environment.
Key features that distinguish Weatherly Estates include its unique flexibility in accommodating mobile homes, RVs, and tiny homes, offering diverse long-term housing solutions. The "well spaced" and often "shaded" sites are a significant draw, providing comfort and privacy. The allowance for "sheds, skirting, etc." for RVs indicates a policy that supports a more permanent and customized living setup, moving beyond a typical temporary RV spot. This allows residents to create a more home-like environment. The "inexpensive lot rent" combined with a "very friendly community" makes it an attractive and affordable option for those seeking a sense of belonging without a high cost of living. Its suitability for military personnel or those relocating for work highlights its practical and long-term utility.
The management's awareness of speed limits also points to a commitment to safety within the park, ensuring a secure environment for all residents. The positive experience of a resident staying for "three or four months" further reinforces its suitability for extended stays. The fact that the park is adapting its existing mobile home sites for RV use means that the infrastructure is likely robust and designed for long-term habitation, providing a stable foundation for residents.
From a promotional standpoint, Weatherly Estates can powerfully market its adaptability to mobile homes, RVs, and tiny homes, appealing to a broad demographic. The emphasis on "long term" stays, particularly for "fifth wheel, motorhome, etc.," is a key promotional message. The park's affordability ("Lot rent is inexpensive") combined with its "very friendly community" and the allowance for personalization (sheds, skirting) are strong selling points. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Clarksville area, especially those associated with military assignments or job relocations, the direct recommendation from a past resident ("I recommend it") is invaluable. The availability of inexpensive internet is another crucial attraction for today's connected residents.
The practical considerations, such as the need for a longer electrical cord, while a minor point, also serve to manage expectations and demonstrate transparency, which can build trust with prospective residents. The combination of spacious sites, natural shade, and a welcoming community contributes to the park's overall positive appeal for those seeking a comfortable and affordable long-term home in Clarksville.
For inquiries or to learn more about availability and specific site features, Weatherly Estates can be contacted at (931) 291-4112 or +1 931-291-4112. While management's in-office hours might vary, their responsiveness to park rules and the positive customer experiences suggest that communication channels are effective. Direct contact would allow potential residents to confirm specific site availability, discuss lot rental terms, and inquire about any specific needs they might have for their mobile home, RV, or tiny home, ensuring a suitable and comfortable placement within the community.
In conclusion, Weatherly Estates in Clarksville, TN, located at 200 Cedarbend Rd, is a versatile and accommodating community that has successfully opened its doors to RVs and tiny homes alongside its traditional mobile home offerings. Praised for its spacious, often shaded sites, inexpensive lot rent, and friendly community, it stands out as an excellent option for long-term stays, especially for those with military assignments or job relocations. With essential amenities like full hookups and inexpensive internet, and policies allowing for customization, Weatherly Estates provides a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming environment for residents searching for "RV parks near me" or a stable home base in the Clarksville area.

Weatherly Estates Reviews
This is a mobile home park that has opened up to RVs and tiny homes. For our travel trailer the sites are well spaced and many are shaded. Or you may want a space that is not shaded and avoid all the branches and goo dropping on your RV and truck. Management may or may not be in the office during posted hours but they will know if you drive over 15 MPH. We picked a site next to the woods that was lovely, but because these were mobile home sites there was a long distance between the electrical post and the sewer. We needed to buy a 50 Amp extension cord that was not cheap. There is inexpensive Internet available there. We thought it was a good experience for the three or four months we stayed there. For someone moving to Clarksville for a new military assignment or job I recommend it.
Sep 23, 2018 · Larry From WisconsinThis place is great! A wonderful place to park your fifth wheel, motorhome, etc... long term! They allow sheds, skirting, etc.. Lot rent is inexpensive, and the community is very friendly. We love living here.
Dec 30, 2017 · mitchell goldsteinlandlord is horrible due to unprofessional and petty, and the manager is no better, doesn't listen to the residents, the repair man has zero experience and will try to get you kicked out. they never keep a landlord due to every bad service, dont move your home here. They put R-v's in places that they shouldn't belong to, and dont put your house here. would give zero if possible.
Jan 17, 2024 · Alicia ChapmanGreat little Mobile Home. Lived here for almost 10 years the first time. Connie, the manager is a very considerate, kind, helpful person. Will go out of her way to help in any way. But, she is strict when needed. Follow the community rules and you'll have no problems. Just moved back after a few years away and it was like I never left. She bent over backwards to help me get back. Couldn't be more thankful especially in my dire need of needing a place to live ASAP. Cone check it out. Most off, it a quiet, safe and friendly area. Kid friendly as well.
Dec 31, 2018 · brian millerI like that the manager, Julie, keeps things in line. Without someone enforcing the rules some of the park people take advantage. Before she got there it was trashy and at times out of control. It is a great place again.
