Limehurst Lake Campground Reviews
We had a very nice experience staying at Limehurst Lake Campground. Check in closes at 7 so getting there in time was a little stressful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were very clean and great showers. I loved that there was music to enjoy while in there. The campground is small but nicely laid out. There is a walking trail around the lake. We would definitely stay here again.
Oct 15, 2024 · Raquel DStayed here for an extended weekend Fri-Mon for VT softball states. We loved our stay, gorgeous location, pool was clean & nice. The front office was well priced & staff were incredibly friendly. Bathrooms & showers were always clean with hot water. Sites were spacious with electric & water as well as lake views! We really enjoyed our stay & plan to be back!
Aug 12, 2024 · Hannah MercierFeels like REAL camping. Sometimes you go to a campground, and it feels like you are camping in a parking lot. The campground is quiet, clean and the staff if AMAZING and friendly. Plenty of space for your rig. Our RV is not a monster. We are 31’ with slide outs, additional tow dolly and SUV and still had room to spread out. The site was very easy to get into. The grounds are WELL maintained. There is a saltwater swimming pool, paddle boats, kayaks and small boats for fishing. The lake is owned by the campground. There is a small beach area on the edge of the lake. There is a snack bar at the office and food is reasonably priced. The campground is easy to get to from Hwy 14. We spent a week here. It is a great location to visit Vermont’s tourist spots. We will be back again. 😊
Jun 23, 2024 · Denise ManzelliNice small campground and the folks are great. The problem is there is no cable or TV service AT ALL! Their WIFI is not so good either (the worst) so if you need to use your phone or other devices to communicate with others be aware. People are friendly and sites are level.
Oct 13, 2024 · Vito GeranteA rather small campground, that’s a + and sites not terribly close together. I think it may have been opening weekend but we arrived on Thursday. On Friday more campers arrived and it was nice to know most of them were locals! Watched the Kentucky Derby on the TV on the covered patio and a really cool band came and performed 7-10pm. The owners were delightful and friendly and busy making everything perfect for their summer visitors. Would definitely stay again.
