For added convenience, there is a "convenient little store" on the premises that stocks essential supplies. This can be incredibly helpful for RVers and campers who may have forgotten items or need basic necessities without having to leave the campground. The availability of propane refills is also a significant benefit for those relying on propane for cooking or heating in their RVs.

RV camped here. Helpful, attentive staff. Clean, quaint campground. Pet friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Disc golf on premises. The only negative was that the cable didn't work great. We would definitely stay here again!

Dec 15, 2024 · Amber RMy husband and I are very impressed with their customer service, thoughtfulness, and cleanliness of their bathrooms/showers! The staff (Vicki and others) were very accommodating and responsive with reservation date changes.Last night we arrived in the rain (after the office already closed) and thankfully our packet with campsite information was ready for us outside their office. We also appreciated the campsite signs as they were very visible and clear at night. Thanks again (Vicki and others) for a wonderful stay! We will be booking again with Medford / Gold Hill KOA Journey soon!
Nov 26, 2024 · Maria InciongThe management here is the most unprofessional management I have ever seen!!! The managers are liars. When I first moved in I said I wanted to get help from Access - a community help organization to pay my deposit. I am poor living off of social security disability so I know I would qualify for help. I should have been given a copy of a lease agreement or reservation to take to Access showing the cost of the deposit. Instead I was told to pay the rent and deposit and Access would send KOA a check that would be credited to my account. I went to Access to acquire help and they wouldn't because the deposit was already paid. When I went back to the manager to try and get help as in refund me my deposit and send me a notice for the amount owed to take to Access they refused to help telling me that I would be frauding them. The management are the ones who don't know what they are doing and are committing fraud. Also, before even taking one shower I asked if I could park in an empty camp space next to the showers while taking a shower. I was told that was fine. For six weeks I have been parking in an empty space while I shower. Today out of the blue the manager ripped me a new one for parking there. I told him his wife who is also a manager told me I could. He said notifications have been sent out telling people to park in designated places. I have never received any such message. When his wife was asked about letting me park there she lied with a BRIGHT RED FACE.In my copy of the lease I signed it states no consumption of marijuana is allowed on the KOA premises. However, the managers don't think this applies to them. Every night I can smell them smoking pot and hear them coughing in their little gazebo tent outside the trailer they live in. They are ruining the great KOA name. I have stayed at KOA campgrounds throughout my whole life since the time I was a very young child. I have never had a bad experience! I have always thought of KOA as kid friendly/ family friendly, top notch campgrounds. NOT THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!! My children shouldn't have to be exposed to other people's drug habits. It ruins the kid friendly/family friendly atmospere and the great KOA name!!!! The managers should be fired. They are extremely unprofessional !!!!!
Feb 16, 2025 · Dallas GeigleWonderful RV site! We just stayed one night, but wished we could stay more. The staff are great. The park is well kept and it is convenient off the freeway, but not too close. Lots of trees to give it truly a park feel.A little freeway noise but couldn’t hear it with windows open and a fan on (mind you we are a bit hard of hearing)😊We will stay here again when in this area! Photo is sunset taken from the park.
