Nashville North RV Resort Reviews
What a wonderful small campground. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our site was nice, we got to enjoy the large fire ring with the swings around it! Bathrooms were clean. We will be back!
Mar 28, 2025 · Suzan HowardI was able to book and stay with relatively little notice. I then was able to extend my stay a couple days at a time without any notice. They are very accommodating. And it was a clean park and everything was available. It was also very affordable. The staff was also very pleasant. I will stay here again when I pass through.
Feb 15, 2025 · Penny DaytonWe stayed at Nashville North RV Resort from June 23 to July 7, 2024.Upon arrival, the staff provided us with information about the campground and our site. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that, despite booking and paying for a pull-through site on their website, we were reassigned to a back-in site, which was not what we wanted. When we inquired, we were informed that pull-through sites are reserved for guests staying a week or less—something that was not made clear during the booking process. This experience left us feeling misled and frustrated *BAIT SWITCHED**We were in site 51, a gravel back-in with full hookups and a small concrete patio, which included a picnic table. However, the grass around the site was quite scarce, and rainy days turned it into a bit of a muddy mess. The layout is compact, with neighboring sites close by, that made us feel like we didn’t have any privacy at times. The park’s amenities include a shower house, restrooms, laundry facilities, general store, a dog park (though we found that some pet owners didn’t clean up after their pets, so we avoided going in after the first time). The park accepts packages at the office for pick up, which we appreciated.Recreation activities include a pool, fitness room, playground, shuffleboard courts, outdoor concert pavilion, community space, fire pit, and a shuttle that takes you to Nashville.A couple things to note: the park’s location is excellent for exploring Nashville, but some improvements to the grounds are needed, and the highway volume was a little noisy being so close to I65.If you’re looking for a convenient spot to stay overnight or for a brief visit while exploring Nashville, this campground could be a good fit. However, if you’re hoping for a luxury resort experience, it might not meet your expectations.
Nov 25, 2024 · MARY ANGUIANOEasy to find. Everything was super clean and the highway noise was there in a small way. But, we were so tired from 10 hours of driving the noise faded fast. It was just a stop to get home the next day. We would use them again.
Jan 10, 2025 · D KI am in the nashville area for work long term and decided to stay here as I prefer the rural area this campground is located in however this campground is located in a flood plain and is flanked by creeks on 2 sides. From November '24 to April '25 during my stay there were multiple times the camp ground was warned about possible flooding. Finally on April 3rd 2025 around 9am the inevitable happened the dirt embankment holding the creek back broke and in the course of 20-30 minutes half the property was under water with some areas being almost 3 foot deep. This was the second flood in 2 years if you choose to stay here you deserve to know the possibilities of losing everything. The pictures I posted were after I had already pulled multiple campers to safety. The staff in the office were super nice other than Bill who was just a grumpy old man but his lovely dog bean kind of made up for it!! At the cost of 950 and 1200 a month plus electricity it's not worth staying here long term but if you decide to i highly recommend JJ's diner down the road the pancakes are excellent!!
