This charming RV park, located at 100 Picabo Ln, Picabo, ID 83348, USA, offers a serene environment and convenient access to the renowned Silver Creek, a prime destination for anglers.
Picabo Angler Silver Creek RV Park is a smaller facility, which contributes significantly to its peaceful atmosphere. With approximately 16 spots available, the park offers an intimate camping experience away from the hustle and bustle of larger campgrounds. Among these sites, around 5 are pull-throughs, providing ease of access for larger RVs. One satisfied customer highlighted the exceptional length of the sites, mentioning their own spot being an impressive 100 feet long, with all other sites being no less than 50 feet in length. This generous spacing ensures a comfortable and uncrowded stay for all RVers.
A notable feature of the RV park is the availability of unsecured WiFi. In an area where cellular service might be limited, as one reviewer experienced with only one bar on their Verizon phone, this amenity can be particularly valuable for staying connected. While the WiFi is unsecured, it provides a welcome option for basic internet needs during your stay.
The primary draw for many visitors to Picabo Angler Silver Creek RV Park is its proximity to Silver Creek, a celebrated fishing destination. While one reviewer specifically mentioned their visit was centered around fishing in Silver Creek and therefore couldn't comment extensively on the broader area, their enthusiasm for the fishing experience is evident. They particularly favored the preserve area for fishing, although it's important to note that dogs are not permitted at the preserve. For anglers seeking a convenient and comfortable basecamp to explore the fishing opportunities of Silver Creek, this RV park is ideally situated.
Beyond its appeal to anglers, Picabo Angler Silver Creek RV Park is lauded for its tranquility. One guest described it as "one of the most peaceful campgrounds we have ever stayed in," emphasizing the idyllic setting adjacent to farms. This peaceful ambiance allows for a truly relaxing getaway, where the sounds of nature and the quiet surroundings contribute to a sense of calm and rejuvenation.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the RV park are consistently praised in the reviews. Guests appreciate the well-kept grounds and facilities, contributing to a positive and comfortable camping experience. This attention to detail ensures that visitors can focus on enjoying their surroundings and activities without concerns about cleanliness or upkeep.
While the RV park offers a shared RV dump, one reviewer noted this as a minor inconvenience. However, this seems to be a small trade-off for the overall positive experience and the benefits of staying at this clean and peaceful location. Another minor point mentioned was the store's operating hours, with a wish for it to be open a little later. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract significantly from the overall positive impressions of the park.
The overall sentiment from the reviews strongly suggests that Picabo Angler Silver Creek RV Park is a highly recommended destination for RVers seeking a quiet, clean, and well-maintained campground with excellent access to fishing on Silver Creek. The spacious sites, the availability of WiFi, and the peaceful environment make it an attractive option for both those specifically visiting to fish and those simply passing through and seeking a serene overnight stop.

Picabo Angler Silver Creek RV Park Reviews
Small, clean RV park, with only about 16 spots and about 5 of them are pull-throughs. Our spot was 100’ long and all of the others are no less than 50’ long. They have unsecured WiFi available. Which is great because I only had 1 bar on my Verizon phone. We came to fish on Silver Creek, so I can’t say anything about the rest of the area. The preserve was our favorite spot to fish. But no dogs are allowed at the preserve.
Sep 20, 2024 · Cecilia GormanOne of the most peaceful campgrounds we have ever stayed in. The shared RV dump is a minor inconvenience. I also wish the store was open a little later, but the experience with just a dozen or so sites next to the farms is idyllic. Very clean and well maintained. Would totally stay here again and I am trying to think of a reason to come here to fish as we were just passing through this time.
Jul 09, 2022 · Jacob MNice spot for a couple of nights. Our site was relatively level, the lawn is green, and it's pretty quiet. Bathrooms are nice, but there is 1 mens and 1 women's and the lock is kind of tricky.
Jul 06, 2024 · Belinda Ter BeestWe liked that it was spacious with grass and a view of the sheep on the farm, plus it was the only place to stay for miles. What we didn't like was no cable, no Wi-Fi and only one bathroom with shower.
Aug 22, 2020 · Anita VandekieftQuiet, clean, peaceful. Very large spots. Exceeded our expectations. We would definitely go back.
