I highly recommend this quaint and beautiful park. Additional bonus, tons of wonderful farm animals! The hosts/owners, will bring you firewood for current cost of $7 dollars a bunch. The park has a very nice bathouse as well. Sep 05, 2024 · Christina MariposaMy husband and I decide to do a quick little getaway for his birthday and ended up staying here in the RV. We fed the animals and even got to hold a baby goat that was just born. Lisa and James were amazing hosts. The RV itself was super clean and comfortable. We plan on going back up and next time bringing the family and maybe staying in the A frame. I would definitely recommend you book and stay here. You will not regret it. It was great to just unplug and enjoy the peacefulness.
Jan 30, 2023 · Dawn WilliamsI’ve stayed here twice. Once in a beautiful A-Frame and once in a travel trailer. Both units were clean and comfortable. The bathhouse is also clean and roomy. I loved seeing the farm animals and the wildlife! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back! (The campground is under construction but is coming along nicely and didn’t interfere with my stay).
Dec 19, 2022 · David OrosThis is the first campground I have reviewed. It was the best experience I have had since I have been pipelining. Perfect place to get out of the city "hustle and bussle". Very peaceful place. They have all sorts of animals fenced off, like Emu's, miniature horses. The man in charge is James, along with his wife Lisa. I felt safe the whole 3 months I stayed. I would 100% recommend this place. My daughter drove up here from Texas and we rented her a cabin. They absolutely loved it here. I just missed the internet hook up date which should be done by the end of December 2024. I was layed off my job before it got finished. James ordered parts that I needed for my RV, without hesitation. This place is also gated. Very dog friendly as well. They have tent camping, cabins and 50 Amp rv spots. They also have washer and dryers, snack and coke machines, as well as a barbecue pit and fire pits at all of the tent, cabin and RV spots. The bathrooms/bath houses are very rustic and beautiful. I will be back when work kicks back off next year.
Dec 06, 2024 · Jimmy HardingPerfect place to camp!! We had an absolute blast. If you're in a tent, get site #7. Common areas were very well kept, very accommodating, and within good walking distance of any of the camps. Staff were very very polite! Family of four, plus friends, and their children on a neighboring site. Everyone had fun! There are several state attractions around to drive to. Great place to tuck yourself away for a while.
