Rippling River Resort Reviews
Stayed here while visiting my sister at NMU in late April. Chilly weekend but the campground was one of the best we’ve stayed at! Location was excellent, facilities were very clean and service was great as well. Hope to stay here in the future!
Apr 27, 2025 · Erin BerrevoetsI stayed in late April so not many people here. I stayed in a luxury cabin which was beautiful. I had dinner at the restaurant/bar area and everything was great. Friendly, helpful staff and nice location along the river.
Apr 26, 2025 · Tom PavlikWe reserved a luxury cabin in March 2025 for a September 2025 vacation. We have stayed at this place twice before with our four dogs. I know the website states only two dogs but they have always approved our four dogs since they were small. My husband called after he had paid for the week to verify they would still approve our four dogs. The woman said she would have to call him back. Three days later she calls and said they will not approve our request. Since we had to cancel the reservation, we noticed a cancellation fee on the amount we pThe challenge is they push you to the website so you have to pay before you speak with them. They had approved the dogs before before. Very disappointed in the outcome.
Mar 20, 2025 · Tina Rendelwe headed to Marquette, not knowing where to stay or what to do for our honeymoon but we found this adorable campground and we set up camp at 10 o’clock at night. Waking Up all we could hear was the river. It was wonderful really hard to get up. In the morning we we walked around and just saw how beautiful this campground was! the bathrooms were so clean. The campground was clean. Everything was so organized they had a beautiful bar, Live music, handmade chairs, fire pits... Just beautiful. I highly recommend this campsite one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen.
Oct 01, 2024 · Amber LoizzoWe spent a week here in Aug ‘24 and had a wonderful time. The campground is super close to the mountain bike trails and, as the name would suggest, there’s a rippling river right behind the main office that you can sit right in. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a long day of biking. Bathrooms conveniently located around the grounds. Only note is that the sites are not private. Most are wide open. It didn’t bother me, but if that’s something that is important to you, FYI.
