Pine Tree Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "rv parks near me" in the Indiana, Pennsylvania area? Pine Tree Mobile Home Park, located at US-422, Indiana, PA 15701, USA, presents itself as a residential community that may accommodate some RV living situations. While primarily a mobile home park, understanding its environment, services, and features based on available local feedback can help those seeking longer-term RV parking options in the region.
The environment of Pine Tree Mobile Home Park appears to be a well-established residential area with a sense of community among its residents. One long-term former resident, who lived there for six years, mentioned the neighbors as being "always friendly." This suggests a positive social atmosphere within the park. Another former resident, who lived there more recently, also echoed this sentiment, indicating a generally neighborly environment. This aspect can be particularly appealing for individuals or families looking for a welcoming and community-oriented setting for their RV living experience.
In terms of services and management, reviews offer somewhat contrasting perspectives. One former resident, who lived at Pine Tree Mobile Home Park two years ago, had a very positive experience with the manager, Gary Harkleroad. They specifically mentioned that he was "very good" and promptly addressed any problems or concerns that arose with their mobile home. This suggests that at least during that period, the on-site management was responsive and helpful, contributing to a positive living experience for this resident.
However, a more recent comment from a long-term former resident painted a different picture regarding the current state of the park's infrastructure and management responsiveness. This review highlighted a significant concern about the condition of the roads within the park, describing them as "RIDICULOUS." The reviewer expressed the opinion that the landlords "just don't care anymore" about the upkeep of the property. This discrepancy in feedback regarding the management and maintenance is crucial for potential residents to consider. It suggests that the level of care and attention to infrastructure might have changed over time.
Features of Pine Tree Mobile Home Park are not extensively detailed in the provided reviews. However, the fact that it is a mobile home park implies the presence of certain infrastructure necessary for long-term living, such as utility hook-ups (likely including water, electricity, and sewer). These are essential for RVs seeking extended stays and would typically be expected in a mobile home park setting. The availability and reliability of these hook-ups would be an important factor for anyone considering parking their RV at Pine Tree Mobile Home Park long-term.
The reviews do not explicitly mention specific amenities often found in dedicated RV parks, such as dedicated shower and restroom facilities for transient guests, laundry rooms, recreational areas, or organized activities. Given that it is primarily a mobile home park, these might be less of a focus compared to a park designed specifically for short-term RV stays. Potential residents should inquire directly with the management about the availability of such amenities if they are a priority.
Promotional information is not included in the provided reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers, discounts, or unique selling points that Pine Tree Mobile Home Park might currently be advertising. Individuals interested in learning more about potential promotional deals or long-term rates for RVs should contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers: (724) 463-3333 or +1 724-463-3333.
In summary, Pine Tree Mobile Home Park in Indiana, Pennsylvania, appears to be a community with friendly neighbors. However, feedback regarding the management and infrastructure maintenance presents a mixed picture. While a former resident reported positive experiences with the manager a couple of years ago, a more recent long-term former resident expressed significant concerns about the deteriorating road conditions and a perceived lack of care from the landlords. For those specifically searching for "rv parks near me" for a longer-term stay, Pine Tree Mobile Home Park might offer the necessary utility hook-ups associated with a mobile home park. However, it is crucial to weigh the positive comments about the community against the negative feedback regarding infrastructure upkeep. Prospective residents should contact the management directly to inquire about current policies regarding RVs, the availability and condition of utilities, and any amenities offered. Visiting the park in person to assess the condition of the roads and overall environment would also be a prudent step before making a decision.

Pine Tree Mobile Home Park Reviews
I lived here from 2009 to 2015 and only stopped to talk to some of the neighbors that are still there. Omg the roads are RIDICULOUS there. The landlords just don't care anymore. The neighbors are always friendly but please go somewhere else if you are looking because the landlords do not care like they used to.
May 17, 2022 · goober4ever86I lived at Pine Tree Mobile Home Park 2 years ago, at the age of 62. Gary Harkleroad is a very good Manager and I was very happy living there. He took care of any problem and concern that I had. There was only time in the year where there was something wrong with the mobile home and it was taken care of immediately. I only moved out to get closer to the place I worked and my children.
