Twig City Farm Introduce
For local users in the Lebanon, Tennessee area seeking a distinctive "camping near me" experience, Twig City Farm, located at 2892 Academy Rd, Lebanon, TN 37087, USA, offers a delightful alternative to traditional camping. This unique property features a collection of well-maintained and charming tiny home camping cabins, providing a blend of rustic appeal and comfortable amenities. Based on glowing reviews from previous guests, Twig City Farm promises a memorable and enjoyable getaway.
The environment at Twig City Farm is consistently described as private, quaint, and well-cared for. Situated on a property with a mix of open areas and wooded sections, the tiny homes offer varying degrees of seclusion and natural surroundings. Guests have likened the atmosphere to the scenic beauty of the mountains in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, suggesting a tranquil and picturesque setting. The presence of mature trees surrounding some of the homes further enhances the sense of being immersed in nature. Despite the property often being fully booked, guests have noted the feeling of privacy, rarely seeing or hearing other occupants, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing stay.
One of the standout features of Twig City Farm is the provision of a bonfire area at each tiny home. This allows guests to fully embrace the camping experience by enjoying cozy evenings around a fire under the stars. The availability of individual bonfire areas adds to the sense of privacy and allows for personalized outdoor enjoyment. The reviews also highlight the overall maintenance of the property and the tiny homes, with guests noting their cleanliness and the prompt attention to any issues that may arise. This commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction is a significant advantage for those seeking a hassle-free "camping near me" option.
While Twig City Farm offers a "camping experience" that moves beyond traditional tent camping, the tiny homes themselves provide essential comforts. Guests have specifically mentioned the effective air conditioning and heating systems, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season. The beds are also noted for their comfort, contributing to a good night's sleep after a day of exploring or relaxing. The tiny homes are described as cute and quiet, providing a cozy and peaceful retreat.
A unique service offered at Twig City Farm, and highly praised by guests, is the daily breakfast buffet at Jay Bob's restaurant, complete with an omelet station. This amenity elevates the "camping near me" experience by providing a delicious and convenient start to the day. The positive reviews strongly recommend taking advantage of this breakfast, suggesting it is a highlight of the stay and offers a significant value-add compared to more traditional camping where guests are typically responsible for their own meals.
In terms of location, Twig City Farm boasts the advantage of being on the edge of Nashville, offering a unique blend of natural tranquility and proximity to urban amenities. This location allows guests to enjoy a peaceful retreat in a setting reminiscent of a mountain getaway while still having easy access to the attractions, dining, and entertainment options that Nashville is famous for. For local users in the Lebanon area, this offers a convenient escape that doesn't require a long drive while also providing the option to explore the vibrant city nearby.
One reviewer mentioned the presence of a television in the tiny home, noting that it is not a smart TV and only offers cable with limited channels, often resulting in static unless guests bring their own DVDs. While this might be a minor drawback for some, it aligns with the overall "camping experience" that encourages guests to disconnect from extensive screen time and engage with the natural surroundings and outdoor activities. The reviewer still found the tiny house clean and the experience fun, suggesting that this limitation does not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment.
Another appealing feature mentioned is the beautiful lake on the property and a "fun" hike. This suggests that Twig City Farm offers opportunities for outdoor recreation beyond just enjoying the campfire and the cozy cabin. The presence of a lake could offer possibilities for scenic walks, birdwatching, or perhaps even fishing or other water-related activities (though this is not explicitly stated). The mention of a hike implies that there are trails or paths to explore the natural beauty of the property.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information provided in the reviews. However, the overwhelmingly positive feedback and the high likelihood of repeat bookings, as mentioned by one guest, serve as a strong endorsement for Twig City Farm. Local users interested in experiencing this unique "camping near me" option are encouraged to contact them directly at (615) 636-5137 or +1 615-636-5137 to inquire about availability, pricing for the various tiny homes, and any potential seasonal discounts or packages. In conclusion, for local users in Lebanon and the surrounding areas looking for a memorable and comfortable "camping near me" experience, Twig City Farm offers a compelling choice. Its unique and kitschy tiny home camping cabins, set in a private and well-maintained environment reminiscent of a mountain retreat yet close to Nashville, provide a distinctive getaway. The added bonuses of individual bonfire areas and a daily breakfast buffet at Jay Bob's restaurant further enhance the appeal. With comfortable amenities within the clean and quiet tiny homes and the opportunity for outdoor activities like exploring the lake and enjoying a hike, Twig City Farm promises a "far better than imagined" experience that is well worth considering for your next local camping adventure.

Twig City Farm Reviews
We had the BEST time at Twig City! Our entire weekend was far better than we ever imagined or expected it to be! So good that we were tempted to extend our stay by another night but unfortunately we had adulting to do at home, but we're already planning for our next trip! And to top it off...we even got to meet The Man, The Myth, The Legend himself- Mr. Jay! Such a sweet, humble man!Twig City is a well cared for, private, quaint property. All of the tiny homes are unique and kitschy, and all of them have a bonfire area, which we thoroughly enjoyed every night! Even though all of the tiny homes were rented out during our stay we rarely saw or heard anyone else. Some of the homes are in areas that are more open, and others are more surrounded by trees/woods. They're all on the rustic side but well maintained, and if you have any issues they'll take care of them immediately! The entire property and all the tiny homes remind us of staying in the mountains of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but have the added bonus of being on the edge of Nashville. The cherry on top was the daily breakfast buffet (with omelet station) at Jay Bob's restaurant- oh so good! Make sure you don't miss out on it during your stay!
Aug 31, 2024 · H FI enjoyed my time here. It is a "camping experience" that's not "tenting" the tiny house u stayed in was cute and quiet the ac/heater worked great the beds were comfortable. The idea of a TV in the house is a bit of a joke as it isn't a smart TV and he has only cable so you can get many channels of static unless you bring your DVDs along. The house was clean and a fun experience. The lake is beautiful and the "hike" is fun

Apr 10, 2024 · Marlan BrownWe rented one of the tiny houses here for an adventure and we got it! The tiny house was clean and quiet. There were enough amenities that it impressed my four-year-old niece. The property is really beautiful and the location is great
