You can reach them by phone at (205) 420-3896 or their mobile number, +1 205-420-3896. This establishment caters not only to those seeking a traditional campground or RV park experience but also provides apartments, suggesting it accommodates both short-term and potentially long-term stays for local users.
To provide local users with a detailed understanding of what to expect, let's examine the feedback from individuals who have interacted with or stayed at Yellowleaf Campground, RV, Apartments. It's important to consider both positive and negative experiences to form a balanced perspective. One reviewer recounted a negative initial phone interaction when inquiring about dates and rates. This individual reported being immediately questioned about their "business in the area," which they found abrupt and rude. Following this, the reviewer was allegedly told that children were not easily accommodated and that a large service animal might not be allowed, which could be in violation of ADA laws. The reviewer ended the call without obtaining information about dates or rates and expressed a negative opinion of the business's approach to new inquiries, stating they would not stay there or recommend it.
In contrast, another reviewer, who stated they had been familiar with the place for most of their life, offered a much more positive perspective. They described the location as being "out in the country," which implies a rural and potentially quieter environment. This reviewer highlighted that the property is "well maintained" and the grounds are kept "well clean," which suggests attention to the upkeep of the physical space. Notably, they mentioned witnessing instances where people in need were provided with assistance such as clothes, shelter, and food, indicating a compassionate aspect to the management. This reviewer also pointed out the absence of trash and cigarette butts on the ground, reinforcing the cleanliness aspect. They noted that many tenants have resided there for years without complaints and that as long as rent is paid on time and needs are communicated, residents are well accommodated. Overall, this reviewer found it to be a "wonderful place to stay," offering a "welcoming and safe environment," and mentioned that the owners have strong beliefs about maintaining peace, leading to timely resolution of issues.
Considering these two contrasting reviews, local users looking for "camping near me" or other accommodation in Harpersville should be aware of potentially varying experiences. The positive review paints a picture of a well-kept, community-oriented environment with a country lifestyle, where long-term residents are content and the management is responsive to needs and maintains order. The negative review, however, raises concerns about the initial interaction, potential discriminatory attitudes towards families with children and service animal owners, and a seemingly unwelcoming approach to new inquiries.
Given that Yellowleaf Campground, RV, Apartments offers multiple types of accommodation – campground, RV sites, and apartments – the environment and services might differ depending on which option a local user is interested in. The positive review seems to come from someone familiar with the long-term tenants, possibly in the RV or apartment section, highlighting cleanliness and community. Those specifically looking for a campground experience might have a different encounter, as suggested by the negative phone interaction.
For local users seeking "camping near me," it would be advisable to contact Yellowleaf Campground, RV, Apartments directly to inquire about the specific facilities and policies related to camping. Ask about the availability of tent sites or RV hookups, the amenities provided (such as restrooms, showers, laundry), and their policies regarding children and service animals. It would also be prudent to ask about the rates for camping and any specific rules or guidelines for campground users.
The information provided does not include any specific promotional details. However, the fact that they offer a range of accommodation types – from campground and RV sites to apartments – could be seen as a feature catering to diverse needs within the local community. Whether you are looking for a short recreational camping trip, a temporary RV spot, or a longer-term apartment rental, Yellowleaf Campground, RV, Apartments positions itself as a multifaceted option in the Harpersville area.
In conclusion, Yellowleaf Campground, RV, Apartments in Harpersville, Alabama, presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. While one reviewer praises its cleanliness, community atmosphere, and helpful management, another reports a negative and potentially discriminatory initial phone interaction. For local users considering this for "camping near me," RV stays, or apartment rentals, it is highly recommended to make direct contact to get current information on availability, rates, policies, and the specific environment for the type of accommodation you are interested in. This will help you make an informed decision based on your individual needs and preferences.

Yellowleaf Campground, RV, Apartments Reviews
Interesting experience. Called to ask about dates and rates. Was immediately asked what was my business in the area. After getting through that abrupt and seemingly rude question, then went on to her saying that she wasnt able to handle kids if I had them. I told her I had a service animal and she replied if he was a big dog then he wouldn't be allowed. I told her never mind. In the course of 2 minutes this lady told me she would discriminate against someone with children, would refuse a service animal (against ADA laws) and wanted to know my purpose so she could decide if I was worthy. Never once actually asked about the dates I needed or shared the rates she offered. Anyone this oblivious to how wrong and rude her approach to new business inquiries, doesn't deserve to get any in my opinion. Definitely won't be staying here or recommending any of my work crews to stay.
Aug 30, 2024 · Rachael WilliamsI have been around this place most of my life. The place is out in the country, so as you can expect a country lifestyle. It is well maintained, and the grounds are kept well clean. I have witnessed people come through that desperately need assistance and they are given clothes on their back, a place to sleep and food on the table. You won’t see trash or cigarette butts on the ground. Most of the tenants have been here for years and years and they don’t have a complaint. As long as your rent is paid on time and you communicate your needs, you’re accommodated well. Overall a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and safe environment. The owners have strong beliefs about keeping the peace, so problems are resolved in a timely manner.

May 16, 2023 · Chris ZaldainGreat staff good at their job! Owner likes to threaten to take your house for the breed of dog you have if it bites.. so look out! Not staying for that reason. Quit place other than that good people.
