The positive customer reviews consistently highlight the attentive owners, the clean and well-kept grounds, and the enjoyable farm atmosphere, making 3M RV Park a strong contender for those seeking a relaxing and family-friendly stay in Louisiana.
The environment of 3M RV Park is frequently praised for its peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. One reviewer described it as a "peaceful place" that made them "feel at home." The park's farm setting is a significant draw, with another guest mentioning that it "reminds me of home" and appreciating the overall ambiance. This suggests a rural and potentially scenic location, offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of more urbanized areas. The presence of a bayou right on the property adds another dimension to the environment, providing opportunities for fishing and enjoying the natural Louisiana waterways.
A standout feature of 3M RV Park is the attentiveness and helpfulness of the owners. Multiple reviews commend their friendly and supportive nature. One guest specifically noted that the owners are "very attentive" and "very helpful when things go arry," indicating a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a positive experience. This personal touch and dedication to guest satisfaction can significantly enhance the overall stay at an RV park, providing peace of mind and a sense of being well cared for.
The park itself is described as "clean" and "well kept," which are essential qualities for a comfortable and enjoyable RV stay. This allows guests to easily indulge in fishing without having to travel to separate locations. The bayous of Louisiana are known for their diverse fish populations, offering a potentially rewarding experience for anglers of all levels.
A particularly charming feature of 3M RV Park, especially for families with children, is the presence of farm animals. Reviewers mention the "cutest mini horse babies," as well as donkeys, goats, and ponies that guests can interact with, including the opportunity to feed the donkeys. This animal interaction provides a unique and engaging experience that is not commonly found in traditional RV parks, making it a memorable stay for children and adults alike.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide some specific information. The presence of a laundry mat is explicitly mentioned by one reviewer, indicating that guests have access to on-site laundry facilities, which is a significant convenience, especially for longer stays. While one reviewer noted the absence of a shade tree at their particular site, they also mentioned that the nearby town of Bastrop has a "very nice" laundry mat, suggesting that essential services are accessible even if not all are directly within the park.
Based on the positive feedback and the nature of RV parks, it is likely that 3M RV Park also offers:
- Full Hookups: Given that it is a destination for RV stays, it is highly probable that the park provides full hookups at its sites, including electrical connections (likely 30 and 50 amp service), water hookups, and sewage disposal.
- Spacious Sites: While not explicitly mentioned, a well-kept park often implies adequately sized sites to accommodate various RV types comfortably.
- Roadways and Accessibility: Easy access to and within the park for RVs of different sizes.
- Potentially Restroom and Shower Facilities: While not directly mentioned, these are common amenities in RV parks, especially for those who might prefer not to use their RV's facilities.
- Pet-Friendly Environment: The presence of farm animals might suggest a generally pet-friendly attitude, although specific pet policies would need to be confirmed.
The overwhelmingly positive sentiment in the reviews, with both guests stating they "would stay here again" and one giving it a "10/10 place" and "definitely recommend staying there," speaks volumes about the positive experiences at 3M RV Park. The combination of a peaceful farm environment, bayou access, friendly and attentive owners, clean facilities, and unique animal encounters makes it a highly appealing option for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable RV getaway in Louisiana.

3M RV Park Reviews
Love this park. No frills but they have a dock to fish from, very attentive owners. They are very helpful when things go arry. Friendly, clean, well kept park. Love the farm environment (reminds me of home). The cutest mini horse babies ;) the only thing that could make the park better is a shade tree and a laundry mat although bastrop has a very nice one 👍 would stay here again.

Aug 12, 2024 · Celeste GarciaAbsolutely all you can ask for. Quiet country setting it was never crowded.Wash facility included with rent and tje wifi is fast and reliable. Owners go out of their way to include you and answer questions. We were fortunate to spend a couple of Holidays and they invited us to fellowship with their family. The fishing dock was my favorite! I was in the area for an extended time for work reasons and I will be leaving with new friends. Can't say enough good things about how well we were treated.
Aug 19, 2024 · Jason Sylvest5 stars just isn’t enough for this place. From the day I arrived, I was welcomed literally with open arms and was treated like family from day 1. We all became a little family at this park. If I ever need a RV space in the Mer Rouge area, this will be the only place I will settle for. And if it’s full, someone better scoot on over, cause I’m squeezing in. Lol.
Jul 26, 2024 · Shawnda AndersonI was a guest here 4 months. I loved the bayou terrain. The neighbors are all friendly. Quiet farmstead type of feel. Wifi has good signal strength, never had any issue streaming Netflix or Pluto TV. Laundry facility on site is a plus for sure. Far enough away from town to smell the fresh air and quiet gravel road, but close enough to be a 15 minute drive to Walmart. Thanks for everything!
