May 06, 2025 · Kathy ThorntonI have been staying here for some time now the trailer park was run down and trailers were falling apart grass was all grown up now it is newer trailers park Manager is doing good at keeping all of the bs out of the park no drama allowed zero tolerance on any drugs noise ordinance reasonable rent
Jun 13, 2023 · Lynn (Choppy)Me and my wife have lived here since 2020 and this park has been improving steadily in these past 3 years. Kathy is an excellent park manager who has always worked hard to help with anything I've asked. They have a wonderful playground that my stepson enjoys playing at and overall the property itself continues to evolve into a great place to live. I would recommend this place to any looking for an affordable home with a great community.
Jun 15, 2023 · Andrew RiversIt was the worst place I've ever lived in my life. They don't care about the tenants, only about making more money. They are scammers. They violated me for 2 inches of siding that came off, promised to remove the fee since it was fixed, and guess what? They never removed the fee, allowed late fees to build up, and STILL tried to make me pay it even after we left!!! All they care about is money and how the outside of the trailers look, who cares if the inside is moldy and infested with roaches and rats. I guess if you're a dope head, it's perfect!
Nov 16, 2023 · Siara MackI just moved in a 60 days ago. The park is clearly under new management with good and reasonable standards. Kathy works very hard to make the park family friendly. She's always available to answer any questions l might have. I plan to buy more properties as time goes by
