Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park Introduce
Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park is a residential community located at 7048 N Farm Rd 209 in Strafford, Missouri. While it may appear under the category of "RV parks near me" on some platforms, its primary function is that of a mobile home park, offering long-term living arrangements within the Strafford area of southwest Missouri. The park aims to provide a shaded and potentially quiet environment for its residents.
Based on the available customer reviews, Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park presents a mixed picture. One reviewer describes the park as "nice and clean," which suggests that general upkeep and cleanliness are maintained to a satisfactory level. This can be an important factor for individuals seeking a pleasant living environment within a mobile home community.
The same reviewer also notes the demographic makeup of the park, indicating a population consisting mostly of retirees and families with children. This suggests a diverse community with a mix of age groups. However, the reviewer points out a notable absence of a playground for the children, which leads to them playing around other residents' homes. This lack of dedicated recreational space for children could be a concern for families considering this park.
The review further details specific restrictions within Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park. Notably, fences, pools, and hot tubs are not allowed on individual lots. Additionally, there is no designated parking space for semi-trucks within the park. These restrictions are important for prospective residents to be aware of, as they may impact personal preferences and needs regarding property customization and vehicle accommodation.
On a more positive note, the reviewer mentions that the lot rent is "decently priced" and describes the landlord as "very friendly, easy to deal with, and understanding." Positive interactions with the landlord and reasonable lot rent can contribute significantly to a positive living experience in a mobile home park. This suggests that on a personal level, the landlord is approachable and fair.
Despite the positive aspects mentioned by the first reviewer, a second review presents serious allegations regarding the management of Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park. This reviewer claims that the management attempted to take their mobile home from them and that they were not the only ones who experienced this. They further allege that other residents had their mobile homes "stolen from them" after being evicted for what they deemed "petty reasons" and being unable to afford to move their homes. The reviewer characterizes the management as "bad people pretending to be righteous."
This second review raises significant concerns about the ethical and potentially legal practices of the park management. Allegations of attempted or actual theft of residents' mobile homes following eviction are extremely serious and should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residency in Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park. Such accusations can indicate severe issues with management integrity and resident security within the community.
Considering the stark contrast between the two reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park. While one reviewer highlights cleanliness, a friendly landlord, and decent lot rent, they also point out the lack of a children's playground and specific restrictions. The second review, however, presents very serious accusations of mismanagement and potential illegal activities.
Prospective residents considering Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park, especially those categorized under "RV parks near me" seeking long-term mobile home living, should be particularly cautious and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include seeking additional information from current residents (if possible), inquiring in detail about eviction policies and procedures, and understanding the management's track record. It may also be prudent to consult with local tenant rights organizations or legal professionals to understand their rights and protections as mobile home owners and lot renters in Missouri.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in the second review, it would be irresponsible to highlight any potential positive features without strongly emphasizing the need for thorough investigation. While the park may offer a clean environment and a friendly landlord, the reported issues concerning management practices and the security of residents' property are critical concerns that cannot be ignored.
No information regarding promotional offers or specific amenities beyond the lack of a playground, fences, pools, hot tubs, and semi-truck parking is available from these reviews. Prospective residents would need to contact the park directly to inquire about lot availability, lease terms, park rules (beyond those mentioned), and any specific amenities offered, such as laundry facilities, community areas, or maintenance services. When doing so, it would be wise to also inquire about the management's policies regarding evictions and the handling of residents' property.
In conclusion, Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park in Strafford, Missouri, presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While it may offer a clean environment, decently priced lot rent, and a friendly landlord, serious allegations regarding management practices and the security of residents' homes have also been raised. Individuals considering this park for long-term living, especially those who found it under the category of "RV parks near me," should proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough independent research, and carefully weigh the potential benefits against the significant risks suggested by the negative feedback. It is crucial to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current living conditions and management practices before making any decisions regarding residency at Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park.

Acres of Shade Mobile Home Park Reviews
Nice an clean. Just needs a playground for the children so there not playing around others houses. Lots of R.V.'s and populated mostly by retirees and familys with children. Absolutely no fences, pools, or Hot tubs allowed in this park, as well as no room for Semi-trucks to park. Lot Rent is decently priced and the landlord is very friendly, easy to deal with and understanding. Literally all it's lacking is a playground area for the parks Family's/Children

Dec 29, 2022 · Silent II called Whispering Pines Trailer Park looking for a rental. No rentals right now but I am patiently waiting for the first chance to move into one of them. To top that, the park rep I spoke to is a sweetheart and can accommodate you to your questions pertaining to this location. My Grantmother, who does not speak english was able to communicate and receive answers to her questions perfectly.
Jan 30, 2019 · Brandon SparhawkNever had a problem with the land owner but he let's his brother keep up with the park and he is the cause of a lot of problems, he doesn't know his place at all and it's no stretch to say he doesn't know common courtesy or respect
