Jun 06, 2024 · Kimberly RicheyLexy is an angel. She was so helpful and willing to help us above and beyond what we could ever have hoped for.
Dec 06, 2024 · Deborah LemmonQuiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors look out for each other which is great. Really peaceful and even have some cows in the pasture beyond the fence to look at. 😀 And occasionally see some deer crossing the road early in the morning or late at night, so you kind of have to be careful of those. But, since they tore down almost all the forest around the trailer park to put in more trailers, what do you expect? You took away their natural habitat. UPDATE: Really disappointed with the new company that took over to be honest. I had a major fall from a seizure in the kitchen last summer and dislocated and broke my ankle in 3 places and had to have 3 major surgeries to fix it. And they refused to build a ramp to help me get into the trailer...which is against the American's with Disabilities Act mind you, it IS your landlords responsibility to provide you with a ramp or a home that is already handicap accessible. ♿️ Period. And considering this wasn't going to be a temporary arrangement, for one I already use, (and used back then), a wheelchair on my bad days (before I will eventually become stuck in one before eventually being bed bound, because of my brain disease), and I was also at that time stuck in the chair almost 24/7 for over y months. Because I wasn't allowed to be wait bearing while in the hospital or the skilled nursing facility, or for months after I got home. But, once I got home I had 4 or 5 steps of the porch plus the larger porch to contend with between a walker and my wheelchair, not to mention the gravel driveway...yeah and I can't count how many times my family and I saw one worker or another in one of the company cars/trucks drive by watching as they saw us struggling with 2 to 3 people trying to help get me up and down those stairs (I'm not a skinny mini. I got cushion and curves and my brain just couldn't wrap itself around how to go up of down stairs on my left leg. I'm right leg dominant and of course mind you my legs have both atrophied quite a lot, the left a bit more than the right but they were both quite bad. But when you're stuck in hospital beds for like 2 months and only 2 weeks at a skilled nursing for physical therapy and occupational therapy and speech therapy (helped with my brain disease, perk of the skilled nursing center since they offered it there I asked if I could do it, since I qualified I was allowed to, wish i could keep doing it at home on a regular basis, it really helped me). Anyway, because struggling to deadline and pull myself up the stairs was getting to be too hard to do after a while unfortunately I ended up having to use my bad foot to balance myself as I hopped on the other foot downwards but even though I tried to use as least as much pressure as I could it's just really hard to do as you're hopping down stairs and over time I ended up getting osteomyelitis (infection in the bone) because of it, and the drs not taking me seriously about when I told them I thought it was infected to begin with 3 weeks before, I ended up almost losing my leg, thankfully didn't, but had go have pieces of bone removed and infected bone scraped out and irrigated and be on 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. And start all over being non weight bearing. And now here it is almost a year later and still no ramp or paved drive but the driveways across from us are paved of course.
Apr 11, 2025 · Jessica WilliamsMy husband stayed here for work for a few months in his camper. Myself and our kiddos would stay with him once a week- quiet neighborhood. It does feel a little messy and run down but the shade is great and it served its purpose well. Kiddos were able to play outside safely and the shade was great. It does feel like it’s in a great location, close to everything with a country feel. We will be back!
Mar 22, 2024 · Chelsey WilliamsI stayed at this place for almost two years. Great place good neighbors. A little loud with the highway being right next to you, but that’s to be expected. Management was always friendly and helpful anytime it was needed. I had also left my camper there for a few months and nobody tried to break in or anything so all in all I give it a five star rating. Thanks country squire.
