Anderson Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals exploring long-term residential options in Anderson, California, and perhaps considering alternatives to traditional RV parks found under the search term "RV parks near me," Anderson Mobile Home Park, situated at 20480 River Valley Dr, Anderson, CA 96007, USA, offers a mobile home living environment with a range of experiences reported by its residents, highlighting both positive aspects and significant concerns regarding management.
One resident, who reported living in Anderson Mobile Home Park for over two years, shared a positive overall experience. This long-term resident stated that they "enjoy living here" and described the management as "Fair." They specifically praised a manager named Rhonda, noting that she is "a very good manager to work with." Furthermore, this reviewer characterized the park as an "over all nice place to live" and mentioned that "all the people here are nice and friendly," indicating a positive sense of community among the residents.
In stark contrast, another resident shared a significantly negative experience involving the park's management and the handling of their vehicle. This reviewer recounted a situation where their truck broke down within the park. According to their account, the management decided to move the truck, while it was in park, outside of the trailer park and across the road, leaving it "hanging half way out in the street." Subsequently, the management allegedly had the vehicle towed, resulting in a $200 impound fee for the resident. This individual expressed strong dissatisfaction with the management's actions and judgment, stating that the managers are "seriously in need of a reality check." This account raises serious concerns about the management's policies and their handling of resident issues, particularly those involving personal property.
Given these two contrasting reviews, it is evident that resident experiences at Anderson Mobile Home Park can vary significantly. While some residents, like the one who has lived there for over two years, report positive interactions with the management and enjoy the community atmosphere, others have encountered serious issues that have led to significant negative experiences.
The positive review highlights the potential for fair management and a friendly community within Anderson Mobile Home Park. The mention of a specific manager, Rhonda, being "very good to work with" suggests that at least some residents have positive relationships with the management team. This can be a crucial factor in overall resident satisfaction and the smooth functioning of the community.
However, the negative review detailing the handling and towing of a disabled vehicle raises significant red flags. The alleged decision to move a parked, disabled vehicle onto a public street and then have it towed, resulting in financial burden for the resident, suggests a lack of communication, poor judgment, and potentially unreasonable actions by the management. Such incidents can severely impact a resident's sense of security and trust within the community.
Beyond these specific accounts regarding management and community, the limited information available does not provide details about other aspects of Anderson Mobile Home Park. There is no mention of the park's environment, such as its overall cleanliness, landscaping, noise levels, or the general upkeep of the grounds. Similarly, information about services and amenities offered to residents is absent. Details regarding potential features like laundry facilities, recreational areas, community rooms, pet policies, or any promotional offers are not included in the provided reviews.
For individuals considering Anderson Mobile Home Park as a potential long-term residence, especially those who might be searching within the "RV parks near me" category for extended stay options but are open to mobile home communities, it is crucial to approach with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the park directly at (530) 378-4016 or +1 530-378-4016 would be the first step to inquire about park policies, rules and regulations, and to get a better understanding of the management's approach to resident issues, particularly those involving vehicle breakdowns or emergencies.
A personal visit to Anderson Mobile Home Park would be highly recommended. This would allow prospective residents to observe the environment firsthand, assess the overall condition of the community, and potentially speak with current residents (if feasible and comfortable) to gain a broader range of perspectives on living in the park. Observing the interactions with management during a visit could also provide some personal insight into their communication style and problem-solving approach.
Given the starkly contrasting feedback, it is essential for potential residents to weigh these accounts carefully and seek further information to form a balanced understanding of the living experience at Anderson Mobile Home Park. While some residents may find it a nice place to live with fair management, others have reported concerning experiences that raise questions about the management's policies and practices.
In conclusion, Anderson Mobile Home Park in Anderson, CA, presents a mobile home community with a mix of resident experiences. While some feedback highlights positive aspects such as fair management and a friendly community, a significant concern has been raised regarding the management's handling of a resident's disabled vehicle. Due to these contrasting accounts and the limited overall information, prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the park directly, visit the premises, and if possible, speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive and balanced understanding before making a decision about long-term living at Anderson Mobile Home Park.

Feb 19, 2025 · John JonesMy truck broke down so the management decided to move my truck while it was in PARK. Moved it outside the trailer park and across the road hanging half way out in the street. Then decided to have it towed. $200 later after getting it out if impound, I am sitting here in space 12 just reminding myself that WHAT COMES AROUND, GOES AROUND. These managers are seriously in need of a reality check.
Jul 03, 2022 · Josh HThe water should be tested at the health department before moving in .since the casing in the well was broken ,the water has an septic odor and flavour and. should not be drunk and don't be good for washing of anything but your car. Furthermore the class action was settled in court but the well was never completly fixed, the old tenants children were getting staff, and believe it or not they are still proud to collect and raise the rents.mr newsome should re visit the issues concerning a.m.h.p..a.m.h.p.should follow the laws set forth by the governing authorities when conducting their operations ,and by my experience manage by their own rules instead, and will run over a Tennant to obtain their goals.
