Red Hill Mobile Home Park Reviews
The new owners are making a lot of changes. The park manager is amazing. The scenery here is beautiful! Flowers everywhere is the spring, people caring for their gardens. It's a cute little place. Does need some work but has great potential. The park is located in a great area, close too stores and has a great school district.
Oct 04, 2021 · Chelsea HutchinsonWe first moved here 3 years ago with a little camper with our two girls as a temporary place while we were looking for something more permanent as a way to stay in the area so our kids could stay in their elementary school that we loved so much. We didn't know anything about the park but after we moved in we started hearing rumors about how bad it was and from experience they couldn't be more WRONG. Under the new manager and her tireless dilegence, the park has become very FAMILY FRIENDLY and a great little community of nice and fun people! We liked it so much we ended up buying a mobile home in the park and remodeling it to stay! Last year the park was purchased by brand new owners and they are super nice and really motivated to make some exciting improvements. They've also made it a lot harder for people to be approved to move in so I think any "bad reviews" from people who don't live here could be the result of people being denied. Unfortunately with all the stuff with Covid happening, I think there have been delays on some of the planned improvements, I.E. replacing the junk trailers with new ones. They have already repaved and painted our laundry facility though. I have no issues with my grandkids playing outside or my girls walking around after dark or any fears about my wonderful neighbors. Sadly, I lost my father in December in NC so we have decided to move back to East Coast to be near my mother and are going to have to sell our trailer now. I'm definitely going to miss it here and all our friends and neighbors in Red Hill Mobile Park. It's been a quiet, peaceful and cozy, "country style" living right near all the amenities of town and I bet it's going to be really nice when the new owners get finished fixing it up. You can't get any better than Shawna for on site property manager either. She's a sweet and caring person that takes her job seriously and is a good friend as well as a great manager.
Oct 03, 2021 · Julie PeoplesI've lived here for 8 years, the first few were pretty bad due to a lot of druggie people but then we get a new manager and she cleared out all the scum. Everyone is pretty nice, it's quite and I'm happy living here.
Nov 01, 2022 · Rachel BoettcherWell, I had higher hopes to say the least. When I took a ride to view it, I passed it because it was actually called something other than Red Hill. Aesthetically, it wasn't very pleasing to the eye 👁️. Lots of debris around the units, kinda reminded me of that movie "The Hills Have Eyes" lol.
