Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals exploring long-term residential options in Anderson, California, and perhaps looking beyond the typical "RV parks near me" for a more permanent community setting, Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park, situated at 7330 Whitehouse Dr, Anderson, CA 96007, USA, offers a mobile home living environment with specific policies regarding guests and varying feedback concerning its management.
One of the primary pieces of information gleaned from resident reviews pertains to the park's guest policy, particularly concerning overnight visitors. One reviewer initially cautioned that individuals visiting friends and planning to stay overnight should consider parking their vehicles off the property to avoid the risk of towing. This suggests that the management at Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park may have specific and potentially strict regulations regarding overnight guests and their vehicle parking within the park premises. It is important for prospective residents to be aware of such policies, especially if they anticipate having frequent overnight visitors.
However, the same reviewer later provided an edit to their original comment, indicating that the situation regarding overnight parking seemed to have changed, and they had not experienced this problem recently. This suggests a potential shift or clarification in the park's guest policies over time. Nevertheless, it would be prudent for anyone considering residency to inquire about the current guest and parking regulations to ensure they align with their needs and expectations.
In contrast to the evolving situation with guest parking, another review presents a significant concern regarding the park's management. This reviewer described their experience with the management, specifically mentioning an individual named Lynn, as "the worse disrespectful management I have ever encountered!" The feedback details allegations of rudeness and disrespect, along with concerns about the manager asking for what the reviewer deemed overly personal information, such as asset worth and spending habits. The reviewer explicitly stated that this personal information was "NONE of her business!" and characterized the manager's tone of professionalism as "by far a zero!" This strongly negative feedback regarding management style is a critical point for potential residents to consider and warrants further investigation if possible.
The review also included a request for the owner's name, indicating a significant level of dissatisfaction and a desire to escalate their concerns. This level of negative feedback suggests potential issues with communication, professionalism, and respect in interactions with the park management, at least according to this particular resident's experience.
Beyond these specific points regarding guest policies and management, the limited information available does not provide insights into other aspects of Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park. There is no mention of the park's environment, such as its overall cleanliness, landscaping, noise levels, or sense of community. Similarly, details about services and amenities offered to residents are absent. Information regarding potential features like laundry facilities, recreational areas, community rooms, pet policies, or any promotional offers is not included in the provided reviews.
Given the starkly contrasting feedback – a potentially evolving guest parking policy and a strongly negative experience with management – it is crucial for anyone considering Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park as a long-term living option to conduct thorough due diligence. This would involve contacting the park directly at (870) 828-4766 or +1 870-828-4766 to inquire about current guest policies, parking regulations, and to get a sense of the management's approach. It would also be beneficial to ask about the amenities and services offered within the park.
A personal visit to Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park would be highly recommended. This would allow prospective residents to observe the environment firsthand, assess the overall condition of the community, and potentially speak with current residents (if feasible and comfortable) to gain a broader range of perspectives on living in the park. Observing the interactions with management during a visit could also provide some personal insight into the management style mentioned in the negative review.
For individuals who might be searching within the "RV parks near me" category but are open to the idea of long-term living in a mobile home community, Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park presents a situation where understanding the specific policies and the nature of the management is paramount. The potential for strict guest policies, as initially reported, could be a significant factor for those who frequently have visitors. The strongly negative feedback regarding management style raises concerns about the overall living experience and resident relations.
In conclusion, Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park in Anderson, CA, presents a mobile home community with specific considerations for potential residents. While there seems to have been a change regarding overnight guest parking, the strongly negative feedback concerning the management's professionalism and personal inquiries is a significant point that warrants careful consideration and further investigation. Due to the limited and somewhat concerning nature of the available reviews, prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the park directly, visit the premises, and if possible, speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive and balanced understanding before making a decision about long-term living at Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park.

Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park Reviews
If you're visiting a friend there and plan on staying overnight, you might consider parking your vehicle off the property or risk having it towed. It seems management is very particular about who can stay overnight.Edit. Seems things have changed again, and I haven't had this problem lately.
Jul 30, 2023 · Josh RubioThis is the worse disrespectful management I have ever encountered! Not only is she rude and disrespectful but she asks way to deep personal information (I.e. what my assets are worth, what I spend my money on) which is NONE of her business! The tone of professionalism by this woman Lynn, was by far a zero! If anyone knows the OWNERS NAME of this place I would like to know it!
Jun 30, 2021 · KRISY JOHNSONOur previous Managers were awesome. Kayla McDonald & Cam Mayen who recently have taken over management of the property are terrible. I would not recommend staying here until the Owners realize they don’t belong here. They don’t care about this place and it shows.
Jul 09, 2022 · Tamara BThis manager is a lunatic, she had yelled at my mother for no reasson at all. My mother has been trying to get ahold of this lady for the past week so she can put in for a trailer that she wanted to buy, when my mother finally meets her by accident when she pulled up when my mother was at her residence witch she is trying to sell her self , told my mother to leave her alone not to keep bothering her that she knows who she is all kinds of nonsense I feel sorry for the people who are trying to sell their trailer here because with that kind of management I don't think their going to sell anytime soon. I'm glad my mother didn't put in, no one deserves to get treated the way she treated her I don't recommend anyone buying or renting here . Plus her questions on her application are ridiculous. 👎👎👎👎👎
Jan 27, 2022 · Leobardo CarrilloHorrible! Manager is rude. Judgemental. And her park is filthy. Can't find parking. Only 3 spaces in "visiter parking". That's for applicants... But no where to park for people with no driveway. Manager says park in back, the screams she's calling police!!? Visiters park in front. !?
