Apollo Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in Fremont, Ohio, and those searching for "RV parks near me" in the surrounding area, Apollo Mobile Home Park, located at 1301 OH-523, Fremont, OH 43420, USA, presents a community undergoing changes under new ownership, according to recent customer reviews. While primarily a mobile home park, the feedback provides insights into the environment and management that could be relevant for potential long-term RV residents.
One reviewer, who visits the park frequently due to their daughter living there, notes that the property has "definitely been upgraded by the new owners as far as looks go." This suggests that the new management has made efforts to improve the aesthetic appeal of Apollo Mobile Home Park, which could be a positive factor for those valuing a visually pleasing environment. This upgrade in appearance might extend to common areas or infrastructure within the park.
The same reviewer also comments on the community atmosphere, stating that "most people are friendly." This suggests a generally positive social environment within the park. However, they also mention the presence of a few individuals who might prefer a more isolated living arrangement, indicating that, like any community, there can be a range of personalities and social preferences among residents. Overall, though, the prevailing sentiment seems to be one of friendliness.
A significant point of concern raised by this reviewer pertains to the new management's attempts to implement changes that are reportedly "not on the lease." These changes allegedly include "daily late fees and new ordinances." The reviewer indicates having discussed this with other residents, including their daughter, suggesting that this is a broader issue affecting the community. Such discrepancies between the lease agreement and newly enforced rules can be a source of frustration and legal concern for residents, including those in RVs who might be considering a long-term stay.
Furthermore, the reviewer expresses a desire for the new management to be "a lot more friendly." This suggests that while visual upgrades are appreciated, the interpersonal interactions with the management could be improved. Positive and approachable management is often a key factor in resident satisfaction within any living community.
On a more positive note, the reviewer mentions that their visits are "always awesome" due to seeing family and friends who live there. This personal anecdote underscores the positive social connections that exist within the park for some residents and visitors.
In contrast to the concerns raised in the first review, a second reviewer states, "I love living here. It’s quiet and the people are nice. The landlord is the best! She’s so helpful!" This provides a significantly different perspective, highlighting the quiet nature of the park, the friendliness of the residents, and a positive experience with the landlord (presumably the new management). This contrasting feedback suggests that experiences at Apollo Mobile Home Park can vary among residents.
Given these mixed reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive picture of the environment, services, and features of Apollo Mobile Home Park without further information. Typically, mobile home parks that also accommodate RVs for longer stays would offer essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups at individual sites. The visual upgrades mentioned in one review might also include improvements to these basic infrastructures.
However, the reviews do not provide specific details about other potential amenities that might be relevant for RV residents, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, recreational areas, or Wi-Fi access. The availability and quality of these services would be important considerations for anyone planning an extended stay in their RV.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. There are no mentions of special rates for RVers, discounts for long-term stays, or any other incentives to attract new residents. Those interested in potentially residing at Apollo Mobile Home Park with their RV would need to contact the management directly to inquire about availability, pricing, and any current offers.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Fremont, OH, Apollo Mobile Home Park presents a complex picture. The park appears to be undergoing positive visual changes under new ownership, and some residents report a quiet and friendly environment with helpful management. However, concerns have also been raised regarding the implementation of new rules not on the lease and the interpersonal skills of the management. These conflicting experiences suggest that potential RV residents should exercise caution and seek further clarification before making a decision.
It would be advisable for interested individuals to contact the management of Apollo Mobile Home Park directly using the provided phone numbers ((419) 707-0630 or +1 419-707-0630) to inquire about the availability of RV sites, the nature of the utility hookups, the cost of residency (including any potential fees for water, sewer, or other services), and the current rules and regulations. It might also be beneficial to speak with current residents, if possible, to gain a broader understanding of the living experience at the park under the new management.
In conclusion, Apollo Mobile Home Park near Fremont, OH, is reportedly undergoing visual upgrades with new ownership. While some residents describe a quiet and friendly community with helpful management, others have expressed concerns about new rules not on the lease and the approachability of the management. Local users seeking "RV parks near me" should carefully consider these mixed perspectives and conduct thorough inquiries to determine if Apollo Mobile Home Park meets their specific needs and expectations for a long-term RV stay.

Apollo Mobile Home Park Reviews
Definitely been upgraded by the new owners as far as looks go. My daughter lives there, so I'm there quite often. Most people are friendly, but you know you always have them few that need their own commune to live in... The new management trying to implement changes (I've talked to other residents along with my daughter) that are not on the lease, such as daily late fees and new ordinances, leaves alot to be desired... Also from some of them she could be alot more friendly. But my visits are always awesome, seeing my family and a couple friends that live there....

Aug 28, 2024 · Stuart PerezMade various attempts to apply for their units when there was various methods showing For Rent. This was mainly due to the poor management who never answered or returned calls, and when I finally did speak to him, was provided with terrible information about where to drop off the application because it magically disappeared. Id understand if I had a poor history and no income or whatever, but it's something completely different when someone cant handle being a manager! As a side note: The maintenance guy or whoever I met that was working on the outside of a trailer had very professional communication and honestly would be a great manager there!
Oct 27, 2020 · Justin BaileyWell I have lived out here now for 5 years the manager is always courtesy and willing to help and Sam he works his butt off I think he needs to raise a little bit I'd give it a 10
