Arrowhead Park Introduce
For local residents in the Auburn, Alabama area seeking information about "RV parks near me," it's important to also consider the option of well-maintained mobile home parks that can offer a stable and community-oriented living environment. While the platform category might focus on recreational vehicles, understanding the features and benefits of nearby mobile home parks like Arrowhead Park, located at 4477 Co Rd 137, Auburn, AL 36832, can provide valuable housing alternatives.
Based on recent customer reviews, Arrowhead Park appears to be a highly regarded mobile home community known for its cleanliness, safety, and ongoing improvements. One reviewer, who works for a national utility company and has visited numerous mobile home parks across multiple states, describes Arrowhead Park as "by far probably one of the cleanest, most well-kept ones that I have ever seen." This speaks volumes about the park's commitment to maintenance and overall appearance, which can significantly enhance the quality of life for its residents.
The same reviewer also addresses concerns about ongoing construction within the park, stating that such development is a positive sign of growth and improvement rather than a drawback. They commend the park's layout and development, even comparing it favorably to some high-end private homeowner association (HOA) communities from a contracting and construction perspective. This suggests that the management is actively investing in the park's infrastructure and amenities for the long-term benefit of its residents.
Furthermore, the reviewer had casual conversations with two different households within Arrowhead Park and reported that the residents seemed to genuinely enjoy living there. This positive sentiment from current residents is a strong indicator of a welcoming and pleasant community atmosphere.
Another long-term resident, who has lived in Arrowhead Park for nearly four years, provides a more detailed perspective on the pros and cons of living in the community. Among the advantages, they emphasize the feeling of safety and peace, describing the park as "tucked away from hustle and bustle." This suggests a tranquil living environment that offers a respite from the busier parts of Auburn. The reviewer also praises the friendly neighbors and their personal experience of feeling safe walking around the park at late hours.
A significant highlight from this long-term resident is the addition of new amenities under the new management, including a dog park and a pickleball court. These additions cater to recreational interests and enhance the community's appeal to pet owners and those who enjoy outdoor activities. The reviewer also commends the park manager, Sarah, for being communicative and having positive interactions with residents.
Addressing the cons, the long-term resident points out the park's distance from most amenities other than Kiesel Park and the veterinary school. This might be a consideration for those who prioritize immediate proximity to shopping, dining, and other services. However, for those who value a quieter, more secluded environment, this distance might be an acceptable trade-off.
The reviewer also mentions that the enforcement of lot appearance expectations has not always been consistent, although they note that improvements have been made in this area. Maintaining a visually appealing community is important for overall resident satisfaction and property values, and the acknowledgment of progress suggests that the management is responsive to this aspect.
The ongoing construction and development within the park are also mentioned as a temporary drawback, leading to some messiness. However, as the first reviewer pointed out, this construction is indicative of growth and future improvements. The long-term resident also notes that rent prices have increased to cover these new projects, but they emphasize that the increases have not been excessive and that the current rent prices remain very affordable. This suggests that Arrowhead Park offers a relatively cost-effective living option in the Auburn area, especially considering the new amenities and overall maintenance.
Overall, the long-term resident concludes that they have "loved living in Arrowhead and would definitely do it again," which is a strong endorsement of the community. This positive feedback, combined with the observations of the utility company worker, paints a picture of a well-managed, clean, safe, and improving mobile home park that could be an attractive housing option for local users in Auburn.
While Arrowhead Park is categorized as a mobile home park rather than an RV park, its positive attributes – such as safety, cleanliness, community atmosphere, and new amenities – could be appealing to individuals seeking a longer-term, stable living situation in the Auburn area. The ongoing development suggests a forward-thinking management committed to enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
For local users considering their housing options and coming across Arrowhead Park while searching for "RV parks near me," it is worth noting the following features and potential benefits:

Arrowhead Park Reviews
I work for a national brand of utility company. Dealing in fiber optic communication is fiber optic internet. If you are unfamiliar with a highly recommend, you google it. It's basically instant internet without buffering or lag.Being that I work out of more than 16 states, I can say, I've seen my fair share up from mobile home parks. This is by far probably one of the cleanest, most well-kept ones that I have ever seen. I read some of the reviews that some people don't like the construction, but to be honest, it's better that you're Area is gradually growing. Then just leaving everything as it is, and eventually all breaking down.Coming from a contracting point of view and construction. I can tell you that this is one of the most well situated and put together developments i've seen even compared to some of the high-end private HOA communities.Had the privilege of speaking to two different households very casually, and they seemed like they really enjoyed living there.I really hope my company will choose to engage with engage with this community.
Nov 17, 2024 · Scott WilliamsMy wife and I have lived in Arrowhead for going on 4 years now.Pros: We love that it feels safe and peaceful and tucked away from hustle and bustle. I feel like we have had great neighbors and most people are super kind. I am able to run around the park late at night/early in the morning and have never once felt unsafe. New management has built a new dog park and pickleball court which are super convenient! Sarah is a very communicative park manager and I have had good interactions with her.Cons: You are pretty far away from everything other than Kiesel Park or the vet school. The park doesn’t always do a great job of enforcing lot appearance expectations, though most people keep their lots pretty nice (they have made improvements on this though). We have had some growing pains with new projects being in a stets of mid-completion which leaves the park a little messy with construction. Also, rent prices have gone up to cover new projects, but not excessively and that isn’t exclusive to here. Currently, those rent prices are still very affordable!Overall, I have loved living in Arrowhead and would definitely do it again!!
Nov 01, 2024 · Zachary WarrenDon't move here. Rent prices keep going up to facilitate new projects and in the meantime, the projects in process are making the park look awful. A dog park is coming... But in the meantime, they tore up the large field for dogs to be walked and play in. A second entrance/exit is coming... But in the meantime, they've torn up the roads already in existence and caused costly damages to the cars of the current residents. ECT. The office communicates primarily by printed notices in the mailboxes and fails to respond to calls and emails. Pretty obvious that the new owner company is just GREEDY.
