Arrowood Mobile Home Community Introduce
Welcome to Arrowood Mobile Home Community, located at 4477 Wrightsboro Rd LOT B6 in Grovetown, Georgia (GA), 30813, USA. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," particularly those considering longer-term residential options within a community setting, Arrowood Mobile Home Community offers a place to consider. You can contact the park management at (706) 863-5400 or via their mobile number, +1 706-863-5400.
Arrowood Mobile Home Community, like other mobile home parks, typically provides spaces or lots for individuals and families to reside in their own manufactured homes or potentially rented mobile homes offered by the park. These communities often present a more affordable housing alternative within a shared infrastructure and community environment in the Grovetown area.
Information regarding the specific environment of Arrowood Mobile Home Community can be gleaned from the limited online reviews. One reviewer described their experience as positive, noting that the community was "quiet" and conducive to walking. This suggests that at least some areas of the park may offer a peaceful environment for residents. However, another review paints a different picture, mentioning "broken beer bottles and nails and screws in the streets," indicating potential issues with cleanliness and safety in some areas of the community.
In terms of services, Arrowood Mobile Home Community would generally provide essential utility connections to each lot, including water, sewer, and electricity. Residents are typically responsible for their individual utility consumption. Basic services such as trash removal are also commonly provided by the park management. However, one of the negative reviews specifically mentions "not enough dumpsters for this many residents," suggesting a potential inadequacy in waste management services that could impact the community's cleanliness and environment. It is important to directly inquire with the management about the specific services offered and their capacity to meet the needs of the residents.
The features of Arrowood Mobile Home Community as a residential community would primarily involve the availability of individual lots for mobile homes. The size and configuration of these lots can differ, and prospective residents should seek information on lot dimensions and any regulations regarding the size or type of mobile homes permitted. The park may also have rules concerning parking, landscaping of individual lots, and other community guidelines. However, the negative review raises concerns about the enforcement of community standards, mentioning "many children running throughout the streets and acting disruptive" and "consistent and constant loud bass music playing invariably most days," with allegations that "local police and park management do nothing to quell the issues unless its within enforced noise ordinance hours." This suggests potential challenges related to noise levels and the behavior of some residents, as perceived by at least one reviewer.
For individuals searching under the category "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that while some mobile home parks might offer long-term RV site rentals, their primary focus is usually on providing residential spaces for manufactured homes. If you are seeking short-term or recreational RV parks in the Grovetown area, exploring other dedicated RV facilities would likely be more appropriate.
When considering Arrowood Mobile Home Community as a potential residence, it is crucial to carefully review any available feedback from current or former residents to gain insights into the living experience. The provided customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives. One positive review highlights a quiet environment with no personal issues encountered over the reviewer's time living there. This suggests that for some residents, the community can be peaceful and problem-free.
However, the negative review presents significant concerns about the overall living environment. The issues mentioned include safety hazards like broken glass and nails in the streets, inadequate waste disposal facilities, disruptive behavior from children, and persistent loud noise with a perceived lack of effective management intervention. These are serious concerns that potential residents should carefully consider.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is essential for prospective residents to conduct their own thorough investigation. Relying solely on limited online feedback can be misleading. It is highly recommended to visit Arrowood Mobile Home Community in person to assess the current environment, observe the community, and speak directly with the park management and, if possible, current residents. During a visit, pay attention to the cleanliness of the streets, the condition of communal areas, the noise levels at different times of day, and the general atmosphere of the community.
Prospective residents should also inquire directly with the park management about their rules and regulations, security measures, waste management procedures, and how they address resident concerns or complaints, particularly regarding noise and disruptive behavior. Understanding the management's approach to maintaining community standards is crucial in light of the issues raised in the negative review.
It is also important to discuss the terms of any lease agreement or residency contract in detail. This includes understanding the lot rental fees, any additional charges, utility responsibilities, and the procedures for reporting and addressing maintenance issues. Clarifying the process for lease renewal or termination is also essential.
For those who might be considering Arrowood Mobile Home Community for long-term RV living, it is advisable to specifically inquire about the park's policies on RVs, the availability of suitable sites with necessary hookups, and the permitted duration of stay for RVs. It is important to ascertain whether the park primarily caters to mobile homes or if it also accommodates RVs for extended periods.
In conclusion, Arrowood Mobile Home Community in Grovetown, GA, offers a residential setting for mobile homes. While one online review suggests a quiet and problem-free living experience, another raises significant concerns about safety, cleanliness, noise, and management responsiveness. Prospective residents should carefully consider this contrasting feedback and conduct thorough personal investigation, including a visit to the park and direct communication with the management, to determine if Arrowood Mobile Home Community aligns with their individual needs and expectations. For those primarily seeking RV parks for recreational or short-term stays, exploring other options in the Grovetown area may be more suitable.

Oct 30, 2024 · Frances CooperThe place is not a good place to live. The management here is poor. Broken beer bottles and nails and screws in the streets. Also not enough dumpsters for this many residents. Many children running throughout the streets and acting disruptive. There is consistent and constant loud bass music playing invariably most days, local police and park management do nothing to quell the issues unless its within enforced noise ordinance hours.
Apr 11, 2024 · Dan CI moved my mobile home in over10 years ago 2012. I like the area because it's quiet, safe to live in,diverse, and the neighbors are friendly. Most of the neighbors keep their yards clean. We have each other backs. It is close to Fort Gordon and all shopping areas. The manager is a very friendly person, and I might add that there is three other mobile home parks they have to manager. The management have a lot on their plate. So please understand what the management is up against. One thing for sure you will not find any cheaper rent then Arrowood mobile homes.
Jun 08, 2024 · augustabjThe amount of drugs deals going thru this place is aweful it's unsafe for children an the lady who runs it..katherine....makes up her own water bills for you ..every year she goes up on lot rent by minimum 50.00 you can't afford it you have to move mobile home or lose it which forces most people to have to lose their homes to the park....NOT A GOOD FAMILY PARK OR SAFE ONE
Sep 13, 2024 · Wanda RickersonI lived here for a year and I wish I can give no stars it's a horrible place to live. Number 1 they gave us that trailer so dirty and nasty it smelled so bad and I stove took me three days to clean it. We took it cuz it was an emergency and didn't think it would be like that. Like they don't repair just put bandaids to cover up. The manager is rude. She didn't give us our security deposit just because we didn't give her a 30 day notice which I believe is stupid but whatever I was dying to leave that place and I'm happy I did. To a better better place. My friend also lived there and she didn't have central air conditioning they gave her two air conditioners that put her light bill every month to 300 dollars. Very unprofessional!!!!
